Check in was easy and stress free. However, the uhaul truck was not the best. Sounded as if something was going on with the brakes or wheels? maybe the bearings were going out. Kind of felt unsafe.

DENNIS PA few issues that I had with my rental: 1) My rental got moved to a location that was 35 minutes away from my house which put us under a tight timeline on our return trip. I made it to the rental place 3 minutes after the drop dead time (3:48 vs. 3:45), but it was quite stressful. 2) The BP gas station that the rental was located was quite confusing. I wandered around an abandoned car wash for ~10 min before finding someone to help. 3) When I dropped my rental off, the person helping could not have been less helpful. He could clearly see me struggling to get the trailer off my hitch. And he just snapped a picture of the trailer with his phone and walked off. 4) When I got my receipt, there was an additional $35 rental fee. I have no idea what this rental fee is and no explanation is provided on the receipt. So overall, very disappointed with my rental experience at U-Haul. If y'all weren't the only show in town, I would definitely be looking elsewhere. Regards.
Robert JIt was confusing to pick up the usual because the keys are collected at the gas station next to the address provided on my reservation.
Rachel MI drove the truck 5.1 miles and was charged for 3 gal of fuel and a $30 fuel surcharge. $43 seems excessive.
