the interior of the truck was dirty both the front cab and the back end of the truck needed to spend about 20 minutes cleaning it Truck did run well

allen hThe Brownsburg BP was average. They were very quick to get me in and back out. Unfortunately, the first location I was reserved at did not have a trailer on the lot though it was supposedly their waiting. I lost 30 minutes of my time waiting there to figure out a fix. Then had to drive 45 minutes to the Brownsburg location to pick up a trailer. The drive back was about an hour. While people were waiting for my return to start loading. I have used Uhaul for many years without issues so I am still a fan.
