This location had a large selection and the checkout process was quick and easy.

George GCheck in was easy and stress free. However, the uhaul truck was not the best. Sounded as if something was going on with the brakes or wheels? maybe the bearings were going out. Kind of felt unsafe.
Alexander ECheck out and check in very fast location at a gas station makes it perfect for grabbing snacks and gassing up equipment when leaving or returning.
DENNIS PA few issues that I had with my rental: 1) My rental got moved to a location that was 35 minutes away from my house which put us under a tight timeline on our return trip. I made it to the rental place 3 minutes after the drop dead time (3:48 vs. 3:45), but it was quite stressful. 2) The BP gas station that the rental was located was quite confusing. I wandered around an abandoned car wash for ~10 min before finding someone to help. 3) When I dropped my rental off, the person helping could not have been less helpful. He could clearly see me struggling to get the trailer off my hitch. And he just snapped a picture of the trailer with his phone and walked off. 4) When I got my receipt, there was an additional $35 rental fee. I have no idea what this rental fee is and no explanation is provided on the receipt. So overall, very disappointed with my rental experience at U-Haul. If y'all weren't the only show in town, I would definitely be looking elsewhere. Regards.
Robert JIt was confusing to pick up the usual because the keys are collected at the gas station next to the address provided on my reservation.
Rachel MI drove the truck 5.1 miles and was charged for 3 gal of fuel and a $30 fuel surcharge. $43 seems excessive.

Emily WSome tasks like taking a photo of the equipment prior to leaving the lot should done earlier. I had done the online check in, spoke to the guy inside & signed the contract. I was told that I was all good to go, come to find out I was suppose to check my phone again for that link text which came much later due to bad cellular signal in the area.
Alan CI wish the return process was a little easier using the app.
MARIE Fthe interior of the truck was dirty both the front cab and the back end of the truck needed to spend about 20 minutes cleaning it Truck did run well

allen hThe Brownsburg BP was average. They were very quick to get me in and back out. Unfortunately, the first location I was reserved at did not have a trailer on the lot though it was supposedly their waiting. I lost 30 minutes of my time waiting there to figure out a fix. Then had to drive 45 minutes to the Brownsburg location to pick up a trailer. The drive back was about an hour. While people were waiting for my return to start loading. I have used Uhaul for many years without issues so I am still a fan.
Scott MWas charged for dollies and moving pads but received none. I was actually charged twice for all this because I extended my return time. It was charged again. No one is refunding them
Brian EI was moving from Brazil, IN. I was sent to Linton (45 mins away) only to find out that there was no key in the box. Then I was sent an hour and 45 mins away to Brownsburg. When I got there, their system was down and I thought I was not going to get a uhaul that day despite having to be out of my apartment that weekend. I eventually got the uhaul by obtaining the key number from customer support. This is the absolute worst move of my life due to all the added stress 😩. People I was counting on had to go out of their way to help me get the truck. I called customer support and they said a manager would call me to discuss compensation. I was told due to all the issues it would be a $40 flat fee. Despite this, I was still charged $150 plus dollars. It was an absolute nightmare and I have never been that stressed from a move in my life despite using uhal all the way back to 2022.

Steven AI ask the guy was he going out to check the truck and he told me he will do it. The truck was on a full track of gas and he took the dolly out the back of the truck He didn't give me no receipt or nothing

Dody MThey barely spoke English, very hard to understand. When I went to return, had to wait for them to try to login, took nearly a half hour and 5 individuals to try to login to the system. It was very frustrating. Will not use this location again.
