The Brownsburg BP was average. They were very quick to get me in and back out. Unfortunately, the first location I was reserved at did not have a trailer on the lot though it was supposedly their waiting. I lost 30 minutes of my time waiting there to figure out a fix. Then had to drive 45 minutes to the Brownsburg location to pick up a trailer. The drive back was about an hour. While people were waiting for my return to start loading. I have used Uhaul for many years without issues so I am still a fan.
Scott MWas charged for dollies and moving pads but received none. I was actually charged twice for all this because I extended my return time. It was charged again. No one is refunding them
Brian EI was moving from Brazil, IN. I was sent to Linton (45 mins away) only to find out that there was no key in the box. Then I was sent an hour and 45 mins away to Brownsburg. When I got there, their system was down and I thought I was not going to get a uhaul that day despite having to be out of my apartment that weekend. I eventually got the uhaul by obtaining the key number from customer support. This is the absolute worst move of my life due to all the added stress 😩. People I was counting on had to go out of their way to help me get the truck. I called customer support and they said a manager would call me to discuss compensation. I was told due to all the issues it would be a $40 flat fee. Despite this, I was still charged $150 plus dollars. It was an absolute nightmare and I have never been that stressed from a move in my life despite using uhal all the way back to 2022.

Steven AI ask the guy was he going out to check the truck and he told me he will do it. The truck was on a full track of gas and he took the dolly out the back of the truck He didn't give me no receipt or nothing

Dody MThey barely spoke English, very hard to understand. When I went to return, had to wait for them to try to login, took nearly a half hour and 5 individuals to try to login to the system. It was very frustrating. Will not use this location again.
