There was no one at the facility for 1.5 hours after my requested pick-up time that could check out the truck. I pre-checked out on line and then my credit card information was requested again. What is the point of completing the on-line check out process only to be asked for the information again? Awful and frustrating experience.Joesph K.
I was given a time to pick up the rental truck. I arrived 10 minutes early and the agent was not around. A member of his business was there but knew nothing about what was going on. He tried to reach the agent by phone but was unsuccessful. After about a half hour, he felt sorry for me as my plans to get the truck packed and get out of town were now behind schedule. So he gave me the keys to the truck and sent me on my way. He didn't log the trip in to the computer, which meant U-haul had no record of me picking the truck up and starting my trip. That meant more time on the back end when I went to turn the truck in at my destination. They had no record of the rental and had to call the national headquarters. After another half hour, things were finally figured out and I was good to go. This lack of professionalism from the agent (Bub's Automotive - Green Bay) took an extra hour out of my day, which already included a long trip.William O.

I am actually going back to his business and he is putting a bumper on my car for me great guy friendly and it's nice to know someone in a new town that is willing to go out of their way to help somebody out When you're feeling all alone and you don't know anyoneKristin M.
The guy did everything on his cellphone. Waited about half hour before he said he got approval. Did reservation on-line. Not very fast on the pick up for sure.William D.
This location was not a great experience at all. First of all, there was no U-haul sign to be found so finding it was very difficult. There were only two U-haul trailers in the entire parking lot littered amongst broken down cars and trailers....it looked like a junkyard! You need to hook Bub up with a computer because it takes forever for him to check you in on his phone. Overall he was a nice guy, but this location needs some serious changes if you plan on keeping it. I would never send another female friend to this location due to lack of safety. If my boyfriend was not with me I would have not felt comfortable picking up the trailer and would have left.Whitney H.

I with $14.95 for additional insurance charges plus $15.00 to fill the tank when there was only 3/4 tank to begin with and a rental charge of $75.00 for a 10 foot truck to go one way from Green Bay to Oshkosh, 25 miles less than the allowed 74 miles, my cost was over $100.00 THAT'S INSANE!!! NEVER AGAIN nor will I recommend you to anyone elseJames B.

Closed when i dropped it off early in a not great part of town. Good thing it was still daylight. Not spot left for a truck that size. Now i need to call them tomorrow and hope everything checks out.Ellen M.
The drop off site was 'ok' but I wish this survey asked for comments about the mobile app for submitting info when doing an after hours drop off. The app was extremely frustrating and I ended up calling UHaul to do the after hours drop off check-in.Darla T.
The owner of the location never showed up, I had to call U-Haul dispatch and they suggested looking in the truck for the key, which was in there. When we got to the location to load my items, there was a lot of stuff left in the truck from the previous renter. I will have to pay to dispose of the stuff that was in the truckâ€¦ There was a kitchen table taken apart, four kitchen chairs taken apart, a couple large bags of clothes and a random shoes. I do have a picture of what the back of the truck looked like. When we returned the truck to the pick up location, the owner did not care at all that there was items left in the back of the truck that I will have to pay to dispose of. Very disappointed in this location. By looking at other reviews, I would suggest you do not use Bub's service as a location for your U-Haul equipment to be rented from. People I spoke to at U-Haul were very helpful and courteous.Mary D.
I wish to point out I wasn't given any paperwork what so ever! I took pictures of my mileage and gas to ensure I won't be charged for miles over and returning gas lower then pick up "line". This dealer has a filthy office and employees were simply not qualified to represent your company. On the bright side the truck was fabulous! Sincerely KenKenneth M.

Better computer stuff pretty slow process picking up trailer and trying to return it.other than that car trailer worked very well to go to Massachusetts and return.mark D.
