The move out date is wrong. I moved out on 3/5/2026. Kaden the manager is excellent! And I would recommend this facility to others.

I didn’t touch my unit for five years and only checked on it once. I had heard horrors of people who used other storage facility companies and had mice tear everything up. My unit was completely fine. Thank you!!

Overall I had a pleasant & leisurely accessible rental period. Throughout the 5 years of renting it was pleasant. I could access the unit 24/7, 365, obviously, weather permitted, but even during inclement weather the property was maintained at a reasonable time. I don't have many suggestions other than maybe extending the motion sensor shutoff time in the temperature controlled units because there would be countless times where I'd be at my unit when it was dark outside & the motion sensors on the lights worked great as soon as you walked inside, it wouldturn on. But the lights wouldn't stay on for a long extended period of time before I would have to walk out of the unti just to reactivate the lights. That's my only complaint & something easily fixed of considered. Nothing major. Thanks for the years great storage assistance!

I’ve rented through Budget Lock and Storage for the past four years and they’ve provided me the satisfaction of keeping two my vehicles safe and secure allowing easy monthly payments either in person or over the phone. All employees are super friendly along with the Manager and can be very helpful as long as you are clear a communicative! 10/10 would recommend

Staff is friendly and available unlike Moove storage that never answers their phone. i had a storage unit at Moove and Budget. Budget is more affordable and the units are nicer and cleaner. Staff at Budget are helpful and professional.

The facility was good I can't complain it was clean and the staff was friendly mostly. Late fees were high. I always got a friendly call for a reminder that my bill was late but I never got a friendly reminder that my bill was due. The fact that I was late was on me but if I'm going to get reminders I should get reminders all around the board. Outside of that everything was fine. And for the record when I say reminders I mean phone calls the same phone calls that I got when I was late not a email that's mostly going to get mixed up with junk mail.

Experience was smooth from securing the unit to vacating. The gentleman in the office was friendly, helpful, and expedient when I signed up. I was able to call in and leave a voicemail to advise I vacated and the facility updated my status promptly the next morning. No complaints!

My unit was overrun with mice and they pooped and peed all over my furniture and all of my baby's toys and other belongings. Can't recommend this place because of that. The weather stripping on the bottom of the roll up doors often doesn't span the entire bottom of the door leaving large gaps that mice and bugs can easily get into.

The staff were always helpful. The facility is in good condition, including each of the two car storage units we rented. We will come back if it becomes necessary in the future.

This was a great storage unit! Clean, dry, no issues with the unit, nor the storage area, at all. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We needed a unit and they got us right in. They helped us pick the right unit for us and took their time with us. We didn't feel like just another customer, like some place that just try to take our money and get you out the door. Their customer service is A+. We only left because we no longer need to store anything. They made the move out process as quick and as easy as the move in process. I will recommend this place to everyone. If I need a unit in the future, this is where I will be going! THANKS!! Jason M.

Only negative complaint is that there was mouse excrement all over my things. Might be unavoidable in an outside facility, but I’d suggest making sure boxes are air-tight, and furniture is draped with “mouse-proof” covers.

Staff and facility were sterling. I enjoyed the combination of easy access with multiple layers of security. The environmentally controlled unit I rented kept our antique furniture in good shape despite the outdoor heat, humidity and brutal cold across the seasons.

I was very pleased at the cleanliness as well appreciating the lighting, etc. It was a little more expensive than I originally thought; but, otherwise, I was extremely pleased with the facility (especially the cleanliness), with the management (Lisa Buck), and with the service. I used this storage facility quite a bit. It helped me out when I thought I was going to be moving. I visited the facility at various hours of the day, and always felt safe -- even when I was there after dark. Whenever I had an interaction with the staff was always top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It turned out to be a total win for me, as the location was convenient to my location.

Easy and a really nice facility. However, this was listed as a participating location for a free month of self-storage, but they told me that it wasn`t a UHaul location so I did not get a free month.
