It was so easy renting a uhaul, picking it up and dropping it back off! Staff was pleasant and helpful!

I reserved the truck online and received confirmation by text and email with an update on the change in pickup location. The pickup location was convenient and the staff was very helpful and professional. Even when I realized I needed the truck longer than expected the staff was very understanding

Regina AMy issues have nothing to do with the rental pick up location but U-Haul as an organization. This rental location was not the original location given to me in my initial set up of the appointment. When I arrived at the location initially given to me the truck was not on-site. I then proceeded to be put in hold for a to be told that someone should have reached out to me in the days prior, which they did not. The incompetence and lack to attention of customers I find greatly frustrating. Due to this my day was delayed by over an hour.
