Greg and Manuel were such excellent communicators and great representatives for your company. So caring and personable and went over and above in everything they did. Not sure of her name was Kelly, may have that wrong but the lady that worked there also very personable and kind. Kind really sums up our interaction with all of them. Not their fault but the light outside our storage unit was out and I know they would have changed it in a heartbeat but told us they were not allowed to and had to fill out a work order. Being a business owner most of my life, that is just not right. If you don't want to take responsibility of them getting hurt, there should be someone they can call to get it immediately changed. Our son and grandson had to fill that unit in the dark. You are blessed to have these three excellent employees and they should be rewarded for their excellent customer service by getting things like bulb changes within 24 hours. Buffalo Storage is amazing due to your staff ! Please reward them accordingly. Vans were immaculate and when one was returned one day early, Greg went out of his way to call us and let us know so we could have it the next day. As seniors, it was great to have our son amd grandson here to help us and Your associates made it the best Experience. I will always recommend them!

I was unable to return my truck for the longest time because I couldn't get past the location services page. It was not registering my location and I had no way to fix this issue after hours. Thankfully it eventually kicked through. There should be a backup plan. It was night and I was alone so I was in an unsafe situation just refreshing until it worked.

If you have a 26 foot truck, park in front of the main office. They are in a corner of the street where there is hardly any room for a big truck.

I rent a trailer for 2 days on 1/6 And I returned on 1/7 night time And I followed the uhaul.com/share I took pictures for it And now I got charged for 3 days This time is a bad experience I used insulin few times It was ok and great

Very difficult to get the key if using after hours pickup. It took me 2hours To get the key and I lost money paying 5 movers for Two hours each person. Bad business!!

The interior of the truck was absolutely disgusting. There was spilled drink residue in every cup holder, storage space and dash. Personal item from the previous renter was in the cup holder. The windshield was so covered in bugs that I had to stop immediately upon pickup to clean it. Vehicle also was displaying intermittent ABS and traction control alerts.

The contactless did not turn out that way which was a bummer. Contacts should be gathered and verified in advance. Because it was at check in, it caused a delay and required me to go inside.

I was unaware of the lockbox until calling another uhaul location. This held up my move by an hour. Also, the truck had terrible alignment and was difficult to put in gear after reverse.

Trailer had a good amount of dirt in it. I did have to sweep it out before use. Other than that, everything was perfect. Employees very helpful.

This was the worst moving rental experience I have ever had. I showed up for my reservation on time at 9:30am and was told the truck wasn't in yet. I waited until 4pm. I waited 7 hours and was told several times that that they were on there way With the truck. Extremely frustrating because it caused me to push back my very time sensitive move and forced me to reschedule several appointments. Unbelievable and unacceptable that my reservation was confirmed and then there was no truck. On top of that they wouldn't let me use the bathroom and I had to walk to another business to use a restroom. They also didn't have all the packing blankets I ordered and I had to get more from another location. I was given a discount on the reservation but I don't think that it made up for the unprofessional experience.

This was a good experience with no hitches (pun) and the company was very attentive to giving us a location for the 15 foot truck since our original choice did not have one. However, they changed the location from the second one they gave us the day of pickup saying that size truck was not available after all at that one due to a late return. We liked Buffalo Storage and found them helpful and professional, excellent actually. However the second one they had assigned us to called saying he was waiting for us with the truck (it was totally available, there was no late return and they had not informed him they had reassigned us). So someone was confused at the corporate company although it worked out fine for us. In retrospect I would call the assigned place the DAY of pickup even though they say not to just to make sure everything is set up and check any changes with the old location and the new location.

Provide a more accurate service. I paid for a furniture dolly i was never provided causing me to take longer than needed to move my stuff and damage some of my stuff. I called the location and asked if the furniture dolly would be in truck when i picked up they said yes so i proceeded with my rental online and turns out they never even had furniture dollies in this location. I put down i didnt agree with charges when dropping off truck said id hear from someone from uhual within 48 hours which i never did.

I couldn't pick up the keys earlier than opening, using my phone, because your system couldn't find my location. Tried several times, finally called and,after a 20 minute wait, was told it was their system and not my phone, then got put back in the queue and after 30 minutes, was disconnected. Had movers there paying them $125 per hour. Didn't get the truck until 10:00, so it cost me $250 just to wait because your system didn't work. A lot of good it did me to pay ahead and schedule to pick up the truck at 8:00! But once the store opened, Manuel helped me get on the road asap.

It's all about customer service right? The guy on the store had the worse attitude. Not all of us are used to an app to rent uhauls. I don't know how to check in the proper way or turn it truck using the app. I don't know I was gonna need pictures. I dropped the key before I took the pics. And I went back in. He got upset because I needed the key out of the drop box. I was holding the door for him. While he was getting the key out for me. He told me to “shut the door” I apologized for the inconvenience. But having an attitude for customers it's not a way to recommend a place.

The truck was delayed, it broke on me, and I was charged a b.s. after hours charge. If I still have to drop the keys while open then that's not convenient. I will never use uhaul again if I can help it. Completely frustrating experience. The people were nice though.

The mobile check in experience is flawed. It was unable to scan the bar code on the back of my drivers license. Furthermore, the walk around application just flat out crashed and rebooted my phone so I was unable to complete that. I recommend more/better QA for the mobile web part.

When i came to the store there was ample parking and i parked on the lot. I was told i had to move my vehicle (motorcycle) off premises even though it was a short 4 hour rental and i stated i would return early... i was told no parking was allowed because "they have too many trucks" when i came back there was even more parking than when i got there. I understand not allowing longer term parking but short term and for over 50 dollars i would think id be allowed to park at the store.

What I've experience this time was beyond customer service. It was not even a minimal basic company consumer interaction. It was illegal. Uhaul as a company is done. Maybe not revenue wise but customer satisfaction literally bankrupt. Those 2 days affects my health very very badly. Not sure where I'm heading. Never imagined I'll go through such a torture in 3 different spots in only 2 days with a rental truck company. 3rd grade kids can learn and make better reservations. Wasn't even about that, everything was so unprofessional, all come dirty. No guidelines or checking nothing. Defective trucks and equipment that no one even aware of. It's a serious matter. Today I swear to myself that no matter what circumstances or what situation I will be, I will never, ever, use uhaul again. I really feel the need to go big social as well just to save people so much emotional hardship. Don Chae and Steven (Las Vegas) probably don't even know what's going on in their area. I can't blame them, they probably very busy handling very angry customers.

Charged 10 dollars for cleaning fee ? The blankets were dirty to begin with. I should not be charged any extra fee and the gas was 3/4 tank when 1/2 tank required
