I have rented from this location two times previous to my most recent truck rental. The first two times were wonderful. This time there's one thing I do have a complaint on. When I was given the truck on the day I reserved it, they told me oh by the way it's on empty. This is the first time ever have received a truck was completely on empty. I don't understand why they could not have filled the truck up. Whenever I've been told on how much gas is in it which is not always full but for me to return it at that level. If not then there will be a four dollar a gallon charge to replace the gas. So the person before me that rented this truck was supposedly charged for gas why didn't they go and fill it up. So I had to hurry up and fill it up before I reached my location on where I had to load the truck.This is a little bit of an inconvenience as I was on a time schedule to meet somebody at the loading spot. When renting a vehicle of any kind it should be ready to go.This was a little disappointingKEITH NOEL C.
The online check-in did not work. Once the driver's license images were taken, the spinning circle of death wouldn't stop. I tried to call the national number. They weren't home. The local 702 number worked and finally told me where I could get a truck the day before moving day. Very stressful!DANIEL CRAM W.

My U-Haul reservation was screwed up yesterday! You ultimately booked my reservation completely wrong, from incorrect pickup time at 8:00 at location that didn't open till 10am, and not having an adequate truck to make a cross-state line trip. Made a drive to a different location to find one! I didn't know that was a thing. Called customers service which was horrible, called for assistance and was blame for your online i'll algorithm!Nery G.

Greg and Manuel were such excellent communicators and great representatives for your company. So caring and personable and went over and above in everything they did. Not sure of her name was Kelly, may have that wrong but the lady that worked there also very personable and kind. Kind really sums up our interaction with all of them. Not their fault but the light outside our storage unit was out and I know they would have changed it in a heartbeat but told us they were not allowed to and had to fill out a work order. Being a business owner most of my life, that is just not right. If you don't want to take responsibility of them getting hurt, there should be someone they can call to get it immediately changed. Our son and grandson had to fill that unit in the dark. You are blessed to have these three excellent employees and they should be rewarded for their excellent customer service by getting things like bulb changes within 24 hours. Buffalo Storage is amazing due to your staff ! Please reward them accordingly. Vans were immaculate and when one was returned one day early, Greg went out of his way to call us and let us know so we could have it the next day. As seniors, it was great to have our son amd grandson here to help us and Your associates made it the best Experience. I will always recommend them!KATHY MARIE C.

I was unable to return my truck for the longest time because I couldn't get past the location services page. It was not registering my location and I had no way to fix this issue after hours. Thankfully it eventually kicked through. There should be a backup plan. It was night and I was alone so I was in an unsafe situation just refreshing until it worked.HAYLEE ANN N.

If you have a 26 foot truck, park in front of the main office. They are in a corner of the street where there is hardly any room for a big truck.Steve H.

Very difficult to get the key if using after hours pickup. It took me 2hours To get the key and I lost money paying 5 movers for Two hours each person. Bad business!!Raymond G.
The interior of the truck was absolutely disgusting. There was spilled drink residue in every cup holder, storage space and dash. Personal item from the previous renter was in the cup holder. The windshield was so covered in bugs that I had to stop immediately upon pickup to clean it. Vehicle also was displaying intermittent ABS and traction control alerts.William R.

I was unaware of the lockbox until calling another uhaul location. This held up my move by an hour. Also, the truck had terrible alignment and was difficult to put in gear after reverse.Natasha M.

This was the worst moving rental experience I have ever had. I showed up for my reservation on time at 9:30am and was told the truck wasn't in yet. I waited until 4pm. I waited 7 hours and was told several times that that they were on there way With the truck. Extremely frustrating because it caused me to push back my very time sensitive move and forced me to reschedule several appointments. Unbelievable and unacceptable that my reservation was confirmed and then there was no truck. On top of that they wouldn't let me use the bathroom and I had to walk to another business to use a restroom. They also didn't have all the packing blankets I ordered and I had to get more from another location. I was given a discount on the reservation but I don't think that it made up for the unprofessional experience.Lionel M.

This was a good experience with no hitches (pun) and the company was very attentive to giving us a location for the 15 foot truck since our original choice did not have one. However, they changed the location from the second one they gave us the day of pickup saying that size truck was not available after all at that one due to a late return. We liked Buffalo Storage and found them helpful and professional, excellent actually. However the second one they had assigned us to called saying he was waiting for us with the truck (it was totally available, there was no late return and they had not informed him they had reassigned us). So someone was confused at the corporate company although it worked out fine for us. In retrospect I would call the assigned place the DAY of pickup even though they say not to just to make sure everything is set up and check any changes with the old location and the new location.Austin R.

Provide a more accurate service. I paid for a furniture dolly i was never provided causing me to take longer than needed to move my stuff and damage some of my stuff. I called the location and asked if the furniture dolly would be in truck when i picked up they said yes so i proceeded with my rental online and turns out they never even had furniture dollies in this location. I put down i didnt agree with charges when dropping off truck said id hear from someone from uhual within 48 hours which i never did.Victor C.
I couldn't pick up the keys earlier than opening, using my phone, because your system couldn't find my location. Tried several times, finally called and,after a 20 minute wait, was told it was their system and not my phone, then got put back in the queue and after 30 minutes, was disconnected. Had movers there paying them $125 per hour. Didn't get the truck until 10:00, so it cost me $250 just to wait because your system didn't work. A lot of good it did me to pay ahead and schedule to pick up the truck at 8:00! But once the store opened, Manuel helped me get on the road asap.Judith F.
