ray dThe staff was great, and I ran late because I put the wrong address in my phone. They stayed until I got there, and that was cool. I, however, think I want to use the older model 5x8 trailers. This was my first time pulling one of the new models. The new ones lack the tightening knob, so the trailer was bouncing all over the hitch, and it made driving it while empty a bad experience. Next time, I know to ask for an older model if possible. But the location was on point.

Reggie WThis is the worst service I have used in my entire life , I wouldn’t dare this even in the enemy of human kind , it’s is a huge scam , they make you pay a huge amount and a lil extra , saying u used extra miles while google map shows same amount of miles . And then to your bad surprise three days later they charge you again for fuel , and also services of filling the fuel to that danm old truck even after you paying them a dollar for a mile . Isn’t that dollar for a mile supposed to cover fuel , if I’m paying 140 bucks for the truck and 68 miles then fuel for 68 miles should be covered , they took 170 for fuel and extra miles then they had the audacity to take 97 dollars from my account again because they had to refuel , why on earth do you have to refuel a truck 2 times ? After using once . For shame u haul for shame . My whole family has boycotted this scam company for the end of times . Suck an egg u haul

Jason Bdropped off after hours, so i was not sure the process since the gate was locked and i could not drive in. I assumed since the key drop was outside the gate, I was supposed to leave it outside so that is what i did. Hoping that was okay.

Gary GThe online experience to check in was poorly thought out. Why would you require additional verification while I am on site trying to pick up my van? This leads to a frustrating customer experience and unnecessary wait times. If you need additional information you absolutely need to gather this ahead of time. The check in process should be as frictionless as possible. The same is true for the drop off process. I could not take a picture of the odometer. This is due to the fact that they refresh rate on the display for your vehicle is very slow and therefore hard to capture by a camera. Thus I took a video and then took a picture from the video. I plan to simply upload the the photo I took from the video. However you're drop off process only allows me pictures with my camera at that very moment. I cannot upload photos or videos. Surely someone is familiar with the problem with taking pictures of the odometer and the fact that the odometers display has a very low refresh rate and therefore is often not successfully captured with a camera just due to the display type. This meant that we were not able to successfully complete the drop off process and had to come back the next day and make sure process was completed even though we had dropped off the vehicle the night before. Overall the web vehicle pick up and drop off processes need to be rethought. Each touch point needs to be considered and the use cases reevaluated. Customer friction points need to be minimized.

Corey MI’ll be calling customer service. You basically charged me 7 times the amount for a car hauler to go 340 miles! I’ve used them at least four other times and get a 24 hour usage and it’s always been $55 roughly. This time I go six hours away to pick up and drop off at my home area and you charged me $400 w tax basically. Never again will I use you guys. You’ve lost not only me as a customer but about ten of my friends and family!

The customer service is excellent, they take care of the equipment and vehicles, and they bend over backwards to ensure their customers are able to rent when needed. These guys are very personable and professional- excellent representives of the U-Haul name.

Robert GThe establishment was closed on a Sunday so we had to use the mobile app to access the lock box. Unfortunately the app was not working. After multiple attempts trying to chat we finally were given a number to call. The U-Haul help desk number had a 55 minute wait time. After over an hour we were finally able to access it in the website which also gave errors multiple times logging In. Let saying the session had timed out.

Bruce SOne of the worsted U-Haul I very rented from!!! Spent 2 1/2 trying to pick up my rental. THESE GUY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITH U8HAUL! THEY SELL AND WORK ON BOATS!! NO TIME TO DO U-HAUL BUSINESS!! DROP THEM..... HIS BOAT COUSTERS CAME FIRST AND I HAD I WAIT --worst experience every!!
Carrington ANo one came out to great me to even let me know I was in right location. They were acted like we were wasting their time when we went in to ask. They did check it in for me because I couldn’t get my app to work but they took the keys and told me they would take care of it later. Kinda of blowing us off at the same time.
Betty BOwner was not there and no one knew when/if he was coming in to work. A worker gave me a key to a truck after I showed him my reservation. He said this happens all the time.

Vicente GWhile I loved the people at the Wylie location I was not happy that I was contacted an hour before my pickup to be told I had to drive 40 minutes away because the original location did not have my rental that I had reserved. This was poor service from Uhaul, but not the Wylie location.
