I have rented a lot of uhaul in the past and this by far was the fastest amd easiest to get. great service.

U-Haul screwed up and had me picking up a truck at a different location then I originally chose. Busy bee went out of there way to pick up the truck for me.

I appreciated the extra help that Busy Bee Auto repair gave me. I was a little concerned about tire pressure in my vehicle. Their mechanic checked all 4 tires and added air in each. I also had a minor problem with the ball hitch which was corrected by their mechanic. When I returned the trailer they were right their to assist in parking and removing the trailer off the hitch. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The interior of cab was dirty, Truck had something wrong with it. It shuddered excessively while driving, most notably @ 50-55. I suspect it was an alignment issue.

Representative was smoking cigarettes in office and during our interaction. I have respiratory issues. Other than that, she was very professional, quick and even price matched a part I needed for the adapter I needed. I will be doing business with them again. I may just need to wear mask for the smoke issue. I will recommend this business.

Have the equipment requested and ready to go. Requested two furniture dollies, but they only had one. They blamed U-Haul scheduling. Bottom line I did not get all the equipment that I wanted which caused me delays on other end which resulted in an extra hour charge for unload.

Truckbed was dirty upon arrival and I got charged for it. Check engine light was on the entire time. I have charged too much and will be speaking to someone for a correct refund. I'll also be considering using other means instead of Uhaul from this point on

I think the gas should be filled up when it is rented. Trying t get it back to what it was when rented is very difficult.

We wanted the truck for an additional day, but were told that we could not have it for an additional day because they needed to rent the truck out to someone else. They called us every day that we had the truck, harassing us and threatening to charge us for someone else’s reservation if we didn’t return the truck on time, even after we told them that we would be sure to return the truck on time. We returned it after hours on the day it was due. Our contract stated that it would be $20 if returned after hours. They charged us $40 for an extra day, and $14 for insurance for an extra day, but we didn’t have the truck an extra day. We simply just returned the truck after hours on the day it was due. They also use two locations, and their current location doesn’t match their location on our contract, so we couldn’t return it through our mobile device. They were going to charge us $20 for that even though it was an issue on their end with their address. They also tried to charge us for the furniture pads that we were shorted when we picked the truck up. When I called to try to work this out, they were very rude, told us to call U-Haul, and then hung up on us. U-Haul needs to pull their contract with this company before they lose business. No one deserves to be treated like that, and we will look elsewhere next time.

They were great at Busy Bee. Went out of their way to help. They helped me load my car on the trailer and even gave me a ride to pick up the truck when I didn't plan so well. I would highly recommend them.
