Front left headlight only shown about 20ft. in front of the vehicle. Front right headlight shown about 30ft. in front of the vehicle but was point towards the shoulder of the road. Very, very poor visibility at night. Front of the vehicle is loose in its suspension and shakes. Vehicle was clean.Daniel D.

Update photos that are taken before leaving rental location, right away. So when return vehicle ( same day ) , no questioning the level of fuel there was & condition of vehicle, when left location. Just a small concern.Don M.
Walked in to rent vehicle. Was told it was not available. Got on u-haul.com to find the next nearest one to me. And I ended up making a reservation online for the same truck I walked into the store to rent. Ultimately waisting my time.David G.

Not the location I requested to pick up from. Uhaul changed my location late the night before causing me to drive 40 minutes to pick up, return hike to load then 90 minutes to deliver in that same direction. When I called the location for options I was simply told there was none. No apologies or anything.Emma C.
I called in on sat got a price when i went on sunday they changed th price the employee didnt know what he was doing told me i couldnt use a tow dolly with my chevy 1500 4 wheel drive finally figured it out after 45 minutes finally got to leave. Charged me for insurance an didnt tell me about it. This was a bunch of bull i will never go back there they certainly didnt know what they were doing. Rip offGerald O.
I need to know how to get a refund on the dolly. It was not in the truck and I paid for it. Also it reeked of pot. It must have moved a large quanity of it. However, we did get quite the laugh from it.CATHERINE ANN G.

All employees need to be trained on the Uhaul procedures. I was not properly instructed on return procedures by either Uhaul that I dealt with on this rental. My return process was a 2 day, aggravating and frustrating ordeal for me. Finally somebody at the hardware store made some calls to Uhaul and got my return taken care of and I appreciate him for that. He was very patient, professional and helpful but the damage had already been done.Sharon J.

I completed the online check in to expedite pick up. Guy working the counter had no idea I had a reservation, took about 40 minutes to get me through the check out, said I'd need to wait a while for him to find someone to hook up the trailer and was a bit argumentative when I told him I could hook it up. Yes - women CAN hook up trailers. And haul them. And back them up too.Lisa G.

This location just started with u haul so the check in process was a bit long but they were learning and had the district mgr on the phone helping them navigate the computer. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I will go back as well as recommend themTIMOTHY W.
