The after hours check in/return was pretty easy. Perhaps advise future renters that it may take some time to complete the check in. I was in the lot about 20 minutes and just was not expecting that. I'm satisfied with everything except the person who called my wife to verify the 2nd phone number. Incredibly rude and abruptly hung up on her. Major turn off. Please look into this. Thank you.

Truck was filthy, had not been cleaned. I had to spend 45 mins cleaning the interior. Inside of the windows were foggy and smeared. Controls were sticky and grimy and the interior stunk like B.O. The exterior was covered in smashed bugs and filthy. Clean your trucks once and awhile.

I especially liked the online rental, pickup process. It saved time. The individual who assisted me was courteous and helpful, and helped hook up the trailer even in the rain. There was some fender damage that was unmarked, but we took care of that. One marker light was not working, and replacing a bulb did not fix, but I wasn't charged with that at drop off.

There was a problem with the trailer door being difficult to open. We all assumed it was working, but didn't test or open it up at Campbell's before leaving - I should have checked it myself. Aside from that, the operator at Campbell's was very nice and helpful. He attached it to my car, tested the lights, and was very pleasant and a positive agent for haul.

Listed hours online and on their door were M-F 9-5, however when we arrived at 1:30PM on a Wednesday the door was locked and there was no one there to receive the vehicle. Very unprofessional.

I didn't go in The sign to not put keys in the drop box should be by the key drop hole not on the flap. Your eye is drawn to the drop key here sign first

$6.00 fuel charge for incorrect fuel level is wrong. before i left i took picture of fuel level it was at 5/8 tank..first stop it was still at 5/8 level..on contract it claims level at 11/16..this was faults...before turning in truck i put in 2.0 gallons gas which put it back to 5/8 ..looks like a scam to me..also rt mirror was loose and moved position all the time

UHAUL SUCKS THE PIGS ASSHOLE! I would never again use this criminal organization's equipment or trucks. Their trucks are total junk. Their customer service is total bull. Prepare to be hit with hundreds of dollars of inexplicable fee at there whim! I will tell everyone, whether I know them or not, DO NOT USE UHAUL!!!!!

My issue is with U-Haul, my rate was more than double a year ago, as you all decided on a minimum 2 day one-way rental. Customer service admitted rates had more than doubled. So after many many years of loyalty to U-Haul, I will go elsewhere for my rentals. Sorry, probably a nice margin enhancer, but really made me mad enough to go elsewhere.

Very disappointed that UHaul doesn't enforce NO smoking in their vehicles!!! I am confused why a Uhaul representative wouldn't take care of a smoke filled cab when they are checking it in?! Next time I will most definitely be looking at other moving truck options!!!

The check in process was a mess there. There was no breakdown of what we should expect. The receptionist ended up messing up our reservation and it caused headaches because we were charged for additional days because of what she did. She also did not tell us to fold the blankets when we were done or we would get charged for a cleaning fee.

The truck was covered in snow and not ready for the customer to drive away in. There was no snow brush available in the truck to clean it off. Removing snow from the vehicle so it is ready to go would be a plus for your customers.

Make sure the trailer is tightened down all the way. It was not going to fall off but it moved all over the hitch ball making the trailer ride like crap until I figured out what the problem was. Even then it kept seeming to loosen up

They charged me over $21 for over 5 gallons of fuel for driving the 15' truck a whopping 3.8 miles. That's some bullshit right there. I will not be recommending them.

We rented a 5x8 trailer and the guy didn't check any of the lights or make sure it was hooked up right. Got down the road and realized we had no brake lights or turn signals on the trailer. Had to take it back and change the wires out for a new harness. After that it only worked intermittently. Never had a problem with uhaul at any other location, just this one

Vehicle was dropped off after hours. Parking lot was very icy and could use salt. But overall the experience was good. Parking lot was well lit and easy to navigate.

Had to move items 200 miles away. Rented 12' trailer. Got up there and garage door coil spring unrolled when opening lift gate. It jammed in the wide open position, unable to close. I left Campbells message, no reply. I contacted U-haul customer service moring of 11/27 to see if I could swap out with another local dealer. Waited on hold for 25 min, nothing. Built a wall in back to hold gear for the trip home. Hit rain and all items got soaked. Not happy. Need to rent trailer again for next week, not too confident in uhaul.

The customer service was great and the trailer was in good condition. The only drawback is that the 6x12 trailer could use a jack. After a day of moving it was extremely difficult to remove the trailer from the truck. The brake system made it very difficult to remove the trailer from my truck. The staff did inform me it was heavy, but I thought I would be able unhook. However I was more worn out than planned. If you could adjust the weight or add a trailer jack it would make things easier for the customer.

Worst customer experience in years. We dropped the truck off early, then were charged a late fee by Campbells Track Service LLC. I emailed a reply to Campbells but they didn't reply. I called and the man said he knows that the late fee was a mistake and he'd like to refund it but he needs help from uhaul. A few days later I called Uhaul support who then called Campbells. Uhaul said the guy at Campbells said he wanted to refund it but didn't know how so he didn't do it. So, Uhaul support assured me they would refund the fee and I'd see it in 3-5 business days. 5 Business days later, nothing. I call uhaul support and they say, oh yeah, it's refunded it "all depends on your credit card," that's why it takes so long. So, then I receive an approval email from uhaul today for a refund for $0. After being asked way too many security questions from Uhaul after-hours support, the kid says last week Uhaul said they'd refund it but it was just "approved" today... so, it will be 3-5 business days from now until it reaches my account. Terrible Uhaul customer services. Terrible.

I am extremely unhappy about being charged $18 for fuel when I refilled it to slightly above the mark it was when picked up. That mark was also confirmed by the rental person. The drivers side mirror would not stay in position and the oil light kept coming on.
