Apparently staff is limited at this location. No one available to take key. I called twenty minutes before returning, and was told to leave key and contract in key box - during supposedly “open” hours.

Keith JThe guy who assisted me (I think his name was John) was very friendly. He went over everything and hooked the trailer up and I was out there rather quickly. The location was also very accommodating. I reserved this for Saturday 4/22 but things changed and I needed to get it Friday the 21st. A quick call to make the change and everything was groovy! I would not hesitate to recommend this location.
Keith JPicking up my trailer rental should have been relatively easy, but took nearly 45 minutes to complete. The gentleman was completely swamped with other work, which always seem to interrupt him from finishing my check out. He was very polite about it, but what I assume should have been less than a 10 minute process took the better part of 45 minutes. Which made me late to an appointment. It was also unclear if I would be able to return the trailer on my reservations return date, since that was a Sunday and they were closed on Sundays.

John CExcellent service, very friendly, very professional, and the truck was spotless. My only suggestion would be that uhaul's per mile rate on top of the rental with the price of fuel is a little steep. I would definitely rent from this location again, just plan my trips a little better.
Michelle GThe entire experience was unsatisfactory. My location was changed four times, pick up time was suppose to be 2pm. Nobody showed up until 2:30pm. Had to do paperwork and didn’t leave until almost 3pm. Mileage was only decreased .30 cents per mile and I had to travel an additional 40 miles.
Tammy MIt is difficult when location of pick up is changed as it adds so much time on a very busy day. This location was hard to find but really helpful and knowledgeable once I got there. The gentleman who helped me was great.

Bernard WI only needed a rental truck for the day. There were none available at the time at the Charlotte Hall MD U Haul facility. I had to contact the the main number to see what was available and the only one was in Prince Frederick, MD. It would have been quite a hike mileage wise. I called UHaul's Charlotte Hall, MD office the next morning and John came through for me! Not only did he cancel I get a better rate than expected. John was professional and very friendly and courteous. All went well and I had the truck back the same day as requested. Thank you so very much John!! You are AWESOME!!

Gerald CI didn’t get anything I paid for except the truck it’self. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to go get it. The truck or company wasn’t ready for my 9am pickup, I didn’t drive off the lot until an hour later, messing up the timing for my whole day and causing me to be late to my new apartment check in. Horrible and if I even have to move again I will never use U-Haul

Matthew LWhen someone rents from a specific location that is where you should pick up the truck. I was charged extra milage to puck up truck 51 miles before I loaded the truck.
Todd Cwent into the office and they didn't want to assist me, just directed me to online rental. didn't see anything on the website about a mileage fee. mileage fees aren't something apparent on the uhaul rental website.
KEVIN HUHAUL notifications. I specifically requested Capital Bins, but the actual place of rental was in Hollywood and I had to round and round with UHUAL to transfer the reservation from the Hollywood site to Capital Bins. If the reservation stated one place, do not change the pick up place.
