This agent knew nothing on how to help us with the pick up. Doug claimed he had no idea what to do when the reviewing picture portion of any damages came on our phone. We had a discrepancy with damages but the app wouldn't work and Doug couldn't help. Terrible way to do business. Don't accept UHAUL reservations if you don't know how to navigate through the rental properly.Paul S.

Could not access lock code through website. Spent an hour on the phone with U-haul customer service trying to figure out how to do it through the app. Guys at the pickup location were no help when I called them. When I called both guys at Car Pros to ask how to access lock code all they both said was â€œI don't know.â€ They did not help to even try to find a phone number for me to get the help I needed. I will never use this pick up location again. Also, truck got stuck in the mud due to rain. U-haul was going to car me $325 to get it out! Ridiculous!Kayla P.

Truck was dirty inside, we cleaned it when we got it to our home. The staff at the pick up location was not very helpful at all. We walked around the truck to inspect for damage and saw several area's that weren't marked. Went back inside and he told us to just take a photo of it and keep so if anyone said anything. The truck was horrible. It jerks very bad which is dangerous. It sways horribly. This truck needs to be checked out before going to another customer.Britney B.

Truck had a really bad smell inside. Wet dog smell. Lots of hair dog on the seats. For a trip that was 9 hrs long it was very frustrating doing with the smell.Manuel B.

Not rent out equipment with a flat tire, fill it, and send you to another location to have it properly serviced. Serviced being you can call roadside assistance in the parking lot of a service station or at your house. I called and left a message to speak with store manager never received a call back.JOE C.
The truck smelled like puke or spoiled milk. Inside the truck cab was 2 plastic ziploc bags with gloves and a mask in them and we found someone's car keys and an empty beer can . Seems like truck was never really cleaned out. And the smell they came out and sprayed the cab with disinfectant and then odor sprayJACOB D.

The regular attendant was on lunch break- so the attendant was not completely familiar with the process. He tried to help but I had to make 3 phone calls and handled the check in process by phone because the first attendant had not completed required paperwork:Brenda C.
Very difficult to open back rolling door, super rusted. Handle/latch very rusty as well. Took >20min to get the electrical working right and then once we were on the highway the tail lights didn't work the whole time. Only one running light worked, both turn signals worked and one brake light worked. Took 2 vehicles, one had to follow the one towing bc of the faulty lights.Katelyn S.
