Make sure the d-rings are welded shut and in good condition. They snapped while I was towing my motorcycle and tipped the bike over causing massive delays to my trip.

An associate who works for a different company helped, no clear instructions on how to return and i was not able to remove the hitch myself and no one was available to help. I never got a final contract company since the uhaul employee was not in even though the hours are 8:30am. Another renter came in and had the same issue.

We got very frustrated because we dropped off vehicle Saturday evening around 10:30 pm no pictures would accept on the app to get past step one. Now the confirmation shows we didn't return the vehicle till October 4th. I have pictures to prove we were at drop off location Saturday night that show day and time. Should not be charged the $20.

Jeren G.Contrary to many of the reviews I have seen regarding this location, I have used Carroll's multiple times and have been very impressed with their professional courtesy. With this rental, there was a discrepancy in the amount of fuel in the tank and what the records reflected but it was very easily resolved by notifying the agent at Carroll's of the difference, who immediately notified her ASM and the change was made electronically before I returned the truck.

Pamler L.We were given a quote then it turned out to be more when picked up. We were told we couldn't return a trailer to this location because of the extra mileage charges. Ashley finally got someone to agree to a small refund to compensate for charging is double what we were told. I appreciate her efforts but we should have been informed correctly to begin with. And, not their fault at all, bit the orig9nal dropped location had moved and we spent forever trying to figure out what to do. We wasted a lot of precious time. And why does uhaul insist on forcing us to pay for 2 days when we were only going less than 200 miles? We had it less than 24 hours but had to pay for 2 days because uhaul says that is what we have to do?????? Ridiculous.
