Be sure the staff are trained on the process to rent a U-Haul upon return. I arrived on time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for a coworker to call someone at home who had to come to work and complete the transaction. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially after a long day of moving to a new home.

At the last minute, my designated drop-off location was changed without adequate notice, which caused me to miss my train and created significant inconvenience for my entire family. When you’re in the middle of a move, unexpected changes like this have a serious ripple effect. I expected better planning and communication from a company that markets itself as a reliable moving solution. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs dependable logistics.
