Poor communication in billing. I told the person who checked me out the day of pick up I would not be driving more than 25 miles and he said he had to charge me for 100 and I would be credited back the difference. I drove 17 miles and have not received a credit. I was also charged on my receipt for safe move coverage that I didn’t ask for. The girl who set up my reservation was very nice and was happy to help me in any way. I would use them again because of the location but would make sure I had all details broken down and correct before I was charged.

Terry lBe sure the staff are trained on the process to rent a U-Haul upon return. I arrived on time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for a coworker to call someone at home who had to come to work and complete the transaction. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially after a long day of moving to a new home.
KATINA FLocation is given a low rating because it was not the location I initially requested. I had to drive 35 m in mites for pickup instead of 5 for a different location that I had chosen earlier.
