I was extremely disappointed with my recent U-Haul experience. At the last minute, my designated drop-off location was changed without adequate notice, which caused me to miss my train and created significant inconvenience for my entire family. When you’re in the middle of a move, unexpected changes like this have a serious ripple effect. I expected better planning and communication from a company that markets itself as a reliable moving solution. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs dependable logistics.
