Had nothing to do with this location but Georgesville should have had the truck and carrier at one single location. I had to go WAY out of my way to get the carrier. NOT HAPPY❗❗

I called last week and talk to Joe, I told Him I needed to reserve a 15ft truck on Saturday 11-21-2020. He had everything ready for me at 10:00am. Fantastic service and check out and check back in was a breeze. Thank you so much Joe.

The truck ran fine but the guy didn't know how to check us in, didn't have blankets that we reserved, the place was a disaster and the truck cab wasn't clean. We had to drive to another place nearby and they gave us blankets at no charge. Also- the person from scheduling told us to be there at 9 AM. She said she could move it to 9:30 so that's when we showed up but the place didn't open until 10.

Only if they live in Circleville, not Chillicothe. Bad move to pick up truck in Oak Ridge and have to go to Chillicothe to get car transport then back to Oak Ridge to get car. You seem to cater to yourself, not customer. Good thing your Reps. care cause you (U-Haul Co.) don't seem too

Fuel was at a low 41 miles to empty and considering the truck only gets 8 miles to the gallon I had to go straight to the gas station. Also, I reserved a 20 ft truck online prior to going to the Cash Car location. It stated the 20ft was available. When I got to Cash Car, the employee told us there was only a 15ft available. Clearly not Cash Cars fault, but the U-haul websites mistake.

The attendant there did what he could to try to help. He was sincerely friendly, but did not have any experience handling uhaul transactions. He did not have access to print a receipt and I had to request a handwritten note stating that I returned the equipment. A receipt was supposed to be emailed that day, but it was not sent out until the following afternoon. The attendant did assure me the equipment would not go out until it was properly cleaned of the cat urine smell that left my belongings contaminated and my mattress unusable. We have used uhaul for several of our moves. This one way trailer rental has been the worst experience we have had. I am toying with other options for the 2nd round of household goods. OMG! The customer service rep was SO wonderful! We thought the truck was at a another location and they came and picked us up and brought us to the truck and then worked diligently to make sure we had what we needed. He exemplifies true customer service.

It's not really Uhaul in this case. Equipment was great. The facility however is very run down and their system runs so slowly it took 20 minutes to finish the process. They had so little room for the three trucks there I couldn't get the truck out until they moved the others. Just not a great facility, sorry guys.

I used the truck for 30 miles. Was charged $109.00+ a discount for early return would have been nice. Instead, I was charged with someone else's miles then given a discount for those miles only.

Not tell the customer that a penny is holding down a dollar, telling me I didn't need a trailer tag and allowing me the drive over 600 miles not knowing the tounge was bent. Acting like a greedy child because they wanted the used car deal and didn't care about renting the uhaul.

Anything it couldn't have been much worse. I reserved a 26' truck get a call two days later saying there are no 26' trucks in my area. I see them all the time. So I am forced to reserve a 20' truck. I call the pick up location. To confirm and am told they don't have a 20' but they have a 26'. So I reserve the 26'. When I show up they don't have a 26' they have a 20' that I was told the speedometer was broke and it shifts erratically. I'm forced to rent it because there is no other option. Worst experience ever.

First went to pick up AT at scheduled time 4:00 pm. Then had to drive back 1.5 hours & 22 miles later to get equipment.No room for parking & hook up, Then had flat on trailer with load on it. 2 hours later back on road!

Had to wait to pick up equipment. Reserved equipment online and arrived to pick up equipment and had to wait because location was not open on time. Employees seemed put out to assist customer.

The trailer I reserved in advance did not come with an adapter (extension so it would reach the hitch) for the electrical system. I was forced to drive to Autozone and spend an extra $10.71 in order to be able to use the trailer. This should be standard equipment. I had to drive down the highway without brakelights or turn signals.

I reserved 20' truck from Welston, Ohio. I didn't get it. I was sent to Circleville Ohio where there was no 20' truck there. I was told that I could go to many other places, (which was over 50 more miles away). He had a 17' truck there that I had to take to stay with my schedule. The Trucks brake system was in poor condition. I told him that I would be back to drop off the truck Saturday afternoon. When I went back to where I dropped off the truck I found out that I was supposed to get a contract to show how much I spent and the time that I had to use the truck, I didn't get it. I told the return dealer about the brakes. At this time, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U HAUL RENTAL TO ANYBODY! I now have to make another trip back there to finish the move.

This location put extra charges on my account that did not occur. My one day rental was billed as 3 days. We shall see if they correct the issue.
