Lot was unorganized. I couldn't find my ruck, so went inside to speak to staff and, when I finally got to the front of the line, was told that I didn't have to line up at all. Went to get truck and found that there was no dolly in it (that we had reserved) and had to drive back to the store. Now 40 minutes behind schedule, on the way home, I discovered that the ventilation system was not functioning.

could mention that boxes, wrapping supplies, etc. are available to buy at this location. Otherwise the experience was excellent. Changed the size of truck at the last minute and there was one available.

My entire uhaul experience was a disaster. My pickup location was changed from Bradford to Barrier the night before, the truck wasn't even available in Barrie at the pickup time, was told to go to another location and when I got there, THEY didn't even have the truck. They offered me a 20' when I reserved a 26' and ended up having to make multiple trips to complete my move, and on top of that, the truck had a shattered passenger mirror. The representative in the store asked me to change the mirror if "it falls off". Absolutely disgusting overall experience with no location in specific, just uhaul as a company overall.

Trailer had burned out lights unsafe to road. As a licensed 310J mechanic these trailers are not very well maintained. Also I booked 2 trailers 2 different a days. The second booking was canceled for no reason not by me and totally screwed my moving days very unhappy with service and totally ruined my moving schedule. No reason for my second rental to be canceled and attendant said it was my fault. Will never come back ever again.

When evaluating a purchase decision I ask, if I owned that business what would I do better. Answer… Nothing. The staff, the equipment, the communication was exactly what I had hoped. I recommend the U Haul location at 330 Dunlop St Barrie to anyone reading this.

You charged me for extra miles. How am I supposed to deliver my load and then return the vehicle in the amount included? That’s absurd. Am I supposed to drive directly from uhaul pickup to uhaul delivery? Absolutely ridiculous.

The gentleman who helped me was fantastic! He took care of all the booking details and when I returned for my deposit he was already preparing it in anticipation of my arrival! Very helpful and very efficient! I will return to this location the next time I need a rental! Thank you! :)

The address we picked to drop off was not where we were told to drop off. I called to let them know we were dropping off and asked where to park the trailer. I was told to try and get it as close to the other trailers. We pulled in and didn't see any trailers. I went into the office and was told the drop off was around the corner down another street. I would have appreciated knowing this before hand. Bad communication

went to 3 parking lots before i was in right one, then had to go to another location to get deposit back. Man working there said it was late and took $40 of my deposit even thought the other location said just have it back before they close and an hour of that time was spent driving around to return it an back to an office. He also tried to say i didn't put the right amount of fuel in even though there was way more than i picked it up with Scamming so he wouldn't have to return deposit, poor business ethics I had already paid $350 to basically drive the truck from parry sound to Barrie and $160 in fuel i put in. I was very angry, don't sell out your customer service and business ethics for $40 I will be escalating to have my $40 returned to me out of principle, you don't just take someone's $40 for nothing , especially after you had them going to 3 parking lots and then back again to get odometer reading,

The truck was wet and there was watermarks or stain on the front panel. Also, getting the truck’s key from store but getting the truck from another location was unnecessary. They may have to park trucks at different location because of space, but at least they bring the truck on rent day and time right ? But service was nice and fast, I got my hob done fast and I left the truck easy. And, they did not make up some stories to charge more. So yeah, I will recommend them, but I think they need to improve some things. Thanks for everyone

So the equipment was clean and all working but maintenance needs to be done just simple application of WD40 to the moving parts of the lift made it work so much easier and protects the metal from sand and salt. When we arrived at 10 Anne St. South went to the door to read a notice that we have to go to 303 Dunlop first, would have been nice to have had that information upon our booking equipment instead of having to get back in vehicles to go to different location. The gentleman at the location of 303 Dunlop street was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped us get the right equipment showed us how to hook it up properly and even raised the lift support of the trailer before we put the WD40 on it which was difficult. He was very helpful and we were greatful. Thank you for amazing service.

I paid $10 for a dolly that was not there resulting in significant more labour, even though the $10 was taken off the total. The back door of the truck as well as the ramp had to be forced open and is in dire need of WD-40 or something. I’ve had poor experience at this location, but unfortunately, I was redirected to this location. After the truck I booked in Innisfil was not available, resulting in more mileage. I appreciate the lower mileage rate, but it’s still ended up costing more. I have generally had decent experience with U-Haul but not this time.

Loading door was frozen and would not close all the way. Vehicle needed fuel within 20 minutes of leaving the pick up lot, which is not at the same location as the office. No snow brush/ice scraper in the vehicle. Phone calls regarding these issues went unanswered, as well as my inquiry into why the extra charge on my Visa. I have asked Visa to challenge the charge, but I will still never use Uhaul again.

Booking was simple. Person at the desk was friendly, process was simple enough. The trailer was completely covered in snow. The crank to lift the trailer was almost impossible to crank. Took two of us over 15 minutes to get it to a height we could hook up. Trailer worked great. Return was simple.

I paid $19.99 for a van for 1hour and I look oh ya I put gas in it $40 so I looked at my visa account and they billed me $89.95 so I’m going back to the store and lay into them get my money back

The truck was not at the pick up location, early morning so no staff available. We drove around and thankfully saw some U-Haul trucks in the distance and it was a block away on Anne st not 303 Dunlop as arranged. The cost was higher than expected d/t kms driven. I wish I had booked pickup in Alliston where the pick up was and dropped off in Barrie where destination was. Not a positive experience.

Faster checkout process, better, more reliable app. Vehicle had significant amount of snow on it, back roll-up door was frozen down and took 15 minutes to open and back right corner of cargo area had ice on the floor that caused a slip and fall for one helper.

There were some old shirts or rags in the back of the van. I guess the last person who used it didn’t sweep it out or untangle tie straps. In fact someone left a Wendy’s bag in the cab with their garbage in it. Other than those few things it was a very pleasant experience. I got the job done with no real problems.

My overall experience was great with Uhaul Dunlop st. Customer service rep was great to deal with. Very quick and helpful service. Truck was in good shape and had windshield washer fluid. I was surprised. My suggestion for this location would be salting and maintaining the parking lot. This was a very dangerous area for slip and fall or car accidents happening. Virtual skating rink. Seems there are misleading locations for renting from uhaul in Barrie. Try and clean up your website and make it clearer for the customer to find the proper office to go to. Hope this helps.
