The lady was very pleasant and very helpful she was quick and very knowledgeable however The truck was a mess it was dirty in the back and smell like cigarettes on the inside and it was dirty in the inside. And the fuel level was only an eighth of a tank had to fill up before I could even get going.Terry K.
Because they charge me way too much for the U-Haul because I got charged a deposit but when I dropped it off it was less than what they charge me and I did not get refunded for the difference so why not be using them again I do not recommend themChristy B.

I was at rental location for 1 hour, 28 minutes. The reservation system malfunctioned and they had to call uhaul tech support not once but twice to get it done. I personally heard support person say they could not help with trailer rental, but would walk them through process-which took several minutes both calls. Ridiculous. Uhaul owes me time for hired help for 1+ hours due to their system delays.Isom C.

My reservation told me to pick up the 10 ft truck at Richards Tire and Service Center in Siloam Springs, AR. I showed up only to be told I'm supposed to go to a different location in OK! Then I get there and it's a 15 ft truck. I wanted a small truck! If a 10 ft truck can't be supplied and can't be at the location I reserved, then WHY don't you tell me before I book the reservation and show up at the wrong place! BAD BUSINESS!Steve M.

I ended up here because my original reservation was dropped by the dealers competitor in Siloam Springs AR. They were nice and honored my lease rate but charged me late fees after telling me on the phone they would not (I was 8 minutes late returning it). The interior can mats were muddy when I originally rented so I hope I wasn't blamed for that. The lady who rented originally was very kind.Dana H.
My issue is with the truck not with the location. 1. The windshield wipers had long been in bad shape. Simply, they were terrible. If I would have had to drive in rain there is no way I could have. 2. The power outlets did not work. 3. The "bars for efficiency" were worthless. No matter what speed the best I could get was 2 bars UNLESS I was going downhill with my foot off the accelerator. The lady was polite and sought to be helpful. The truck was clean when I picked it up.Dennis B.
