Trent BuserThis location is at a convenience store. The cashier is the one who checked me in for the U-Haul trailer. She stopped dealing with me for the trailer to wait on customers at the convenience store (about 5 times). No one helped me hook up the trailer. I was given a trailer number on a scrap piece of paper and told to go get it myself. The inside of the trailer had blood on the walls, leaves on the floor, and a few pieces of paper. The trailer was not clean! His location does not have a professional image for U-haul!
DONALD DISHERThe van is very old. engine noise is very loud. Brake is very bad, takes 3 secs to stop. I won’t recommend renting this to anyone, especially first time truck drivers. While returning the truck, the man was very rude. He questioned me if I used the dolly, i opened the dolly but don’t know to use that. I asked to bill for that. He said if I can’t cheat him, if he found it is used he will bill me twice. It was not sarcastic tone.
Anand RamamoorthyWhen I originally placed my order for the uHaul (called on the website a “reservation”) I was sent an email telling me where I would pick up the truck. The next email had a different location on it, and the automated text message I was sent to finish checking in had yet another location listed. So in the course of just a few days, after having placed a “reservation," I was given three different pickup locations. The other thing that was disappointing was the fact that I ended up paying way more than the advertised price, after mileage, plus paying for gas (which I assumed was the point of paying for mileage), and presumably other fees I wasn’t told about, I paid $107, after one round trip, and returning the truck well before the listed return time. I’m grateful to be able to rent a truck to make moving simple, and that I have the money to afford it. But honestly, the “Only $39.95!” thing on all the signs is pretty misleading.

She had a younger women help to translate who stopped in the middle of the transaction to help someone with a vape and left me standing there without a word said. Just walked away. The woman from India tried her best but I couldn’t understand her.

The website began the process however everytime we attempted to attach a picture of the odometer and gas gauge the website would log me out and not submit. Attempted 3 times to do the return process

Ivy SalesI don’t like the mileage limit, I was five miles over the mileage. If a wrong turn was taken or needing to pull off for a pit stop, I left it slightly above the needed fuel level but was charged for 5 extra miles. Totally uncalled for.

Holley ManessWe made our reservation for a small trailer prior to arriving to transport a new riding lawn mower from the store to our home. The individual behind the counter had no clue how to pull up our reservation, and took over 30 minutes to figure it out. The FIRST THING he barked at us when we shared we were here for the trailer and that we had made a reservation was “WHEN ARE YOU BRINGING IT BACK” at almost a yell. We’ve had several experiences with uhaul, and this has been AWFUL. I definitely will be writing a Google review on their gas station for this as well. He proceeded to take my husbands license and ask my husband “if he was on the Internet because it’s not working”. WHAT?!? The man got angry several times and clearly had NO CLUE what was going on. Even though we drove almost 30 minutes to get to this god forsaken place, and had waited 30 minutes while this man threw a tantrum at our expense, I was ready to get out immediately. If I could give this experience negative stars, I would. It was horrifying. Pretty ironic the uhaul plaque on the wall reflected this location had been doing business with uhaul for 15 years.
Sarah WaddleThe customer did not guide which vehicle to pickup. So i took an incorrect vehicle and ended up struck in the desination place when it stopped ignition. They agreed to swap me with the key of another vehicle. When i left the vehicle i gave them with gas used for my trip. Since it was an incorrect vehicle we could not check the mileage correctly. The uhaul agent was claiming to have half tank of gas when it was merely few gallons actually . His behavior was arrogant and not appropriate. I would not recommend this station to anyone

I promise you, I will leave everything I have ever owned behind if the only way I'm able to keep it is rent a U-Haul, because nothing I have is worth dealing with U-Haul...
Diane ClintonThe pickup location automatically added safe tow even though i had declined it during auto check in. It should be carried over to the in person check in. I was not able to see my receipt until I checked email to see that it was more than I was expecting. I had to call and have safe tow temoved. Then the scheduled drop-off location refused to take my trailer even though it had been scheduled to drop off there for at least 2 weeks. Centerpoint in Centerton. I have contacted customer service and submitted a complaint against that store. This could have been a smooth and trouble-free transaction, but it was not. Wish I had another option.
Eric ElliottI dropped my U-Haul off early on the 15th around 5/6 pm it wasn’t due until the 16th at 4:30 am. They obviously didnt check in my return and they put down I didn’t return my U-Haul till the 16th at 9:30 am which isn’t true and now I’m being charged for an extra day. I’m trying to dispute the charges now and when I call the location they Act like they don’t know what I’m talking about I’ve talked to two people so far that say they will call me back and then haven’t helped me yet. They act like they could care less when it’s Their mess up not mine and I will go up there and get the cameras rolled back just so they see what happened if can’t be resolved.

Melinda WilliamsWhen I was booking it showed $0.89/mile but I was charged 1.09/mile. Also the truck was dirty and it had a very bad mileage. I had to fill 3.5 gallons of fuel for driving 12 miles. And they charge $2.44 if you use credit card. They don’t disclose that upfront.
Harish SeethapathiThere were no moving balkests in thje plastic bag in the truck. The time needed to coomplete the rental contract took much too long to complete by the store clerk. There was a significant language barrier with the store clerk because he did not speak necessary English. The truck was not detailed and cleaned inside.
KENNETH FERGUSONThe owner didn’t do anything other than hand me the paperwork. No help hooking up the trailer, checking the turn signals etc. The equipment I ordered was not ready, I had to continuously ask for the appliance hand truck. Other than the convenience of the location, I would never use this location again for Uhaul, and I have used a lot of different locations.
