The equipment dropoff location was a little hard to find and was crowded with cars. I had to park on the side of the building...which made me a little nervous as it was not well lit. ======= The STORAGE location was terrible. We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and we we arrived with a truck load to unload---we were told there were not spots available and we'd have to go elsewhere. ???? What is the sense of making a reservation? The on-site employee was of no help. We called the site manager -- no answer. We called the U-Haul number and was transferred to 4 different people -- none of which was helpful. Very disappointed in the STORAGE part of our move. U-Haul needs to fix their 'reservation' piece to storage as I do not see how a 'reservation' can be made and there is no units available. To me, that is a little deceitful and likens to the old 'bait and switch' form of advertising.Todd E.

Don't change the drop off destination saying it is closer when it is an hour farther than what was on the reservation summary. Found out a NJ family was more important than us. Shame on uhaul. Never rent from that location!jeff M.

Even though we caught the agent during a very busy time, the vehicle drop-off went quickly. We were glad our first (and hopefully last) moving rental experience went pretty much as planned.Gale W.
Make sure all trucks are properly maintained. The truck we received had bad springs on the door, causing the door to fly open and get stuck at the top. The person at the place we picked it up from had to experience this and didn't even offer any other truck as a replacement. The website was down when we tried to pick up our truck, making it a long process just for a truck pickup. We never signed a contract or anything.Jasper S.

The woman CRIS was Super helpful! She helped us figure out exactly what size truck that we should get for the amount of furniture and belongings that we described to her. It worked out perfectly! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking to move!Richard F.

I called the day it wad due back to ask about extending our drop off time because we weren't going to have everything unloaded in time. They couldn't answer my questions when I called and said they would leave a note for those coming in at noon... no call back. Got everything unloaded and tried to return the truck via website which wasn't working properly so I called and they said not to worry about it and that it could be handled the next morning... when mentioning handling it in the morning they didn't inform me that I would be charged through the check in time which added another day of charges. Absolutely ridiculous.Shelby M.

No designated spot for a drop off. There was no room to park the truck and trailer by each other so had to leave the trailer sticking out and park the truck as best as possible with the little room available.Broderick M.
On the question that I answered "No" is actually a 2 part question. Yes for "Well Maintained" AND No for cleanliness. When I indicated the vehicle was not clean the program only let me take a picture with the front facing camera - would of been a lot more detailed if I was able to use the rear facing camera.LESLIE F.

Chris was the only person I dealt with at this location and she communicated really well and was very helpful. The interior of the unit was clean but the exterior was not. Not an issue for me other than the windshield was in need of a good cleaning and needs new wiper blades.I absolutely would rent from this facility again as they were very accommodating.DOUG T.
The location needs to better advertise it's a UHaul rental business. Difficult to find after dark when not familiar with the area. Very nice staff to explain the drop off process.Linda W.

Check engine light was on, otherwise the truck was acceptable. My reservation was changed without my knowledge to a different time and location. I received the truck 7 hours late and then cut my 24 hour rental to 22 hours without any reason or compensation. It was abundantly clear the U-haul dealer had no idea of this mismanagement that was beyond her control, yet she felt compelled to repeatedly apologize, although she Had no hand in it. I would definitely use CDI again, but your reservation system is something to be desired.Sean V.

always ask questions , One thing I was not told was to push button inside gear shifter. Towing release button cause if your not pulling anything you need to release button. It takes up your gas just like having the air on in your car. Pass experienceBarb F.

We usually go to the paw location but since moving we thought we would try the newer location not that much distance apart thought we would try it ... Big mistake. Lady was so rude from the get go. Never Again will we go there .. we've never had a issue on the other site .. this lady has nooo customers service .. that waited on us. You seriously need to do a under cover review of this sight.
