No appliance dollie available. Fellow that assisted me was rude on the phone, and hard to deal with. Refused to call the other local rental place and ask if maybe they had an appliance dollie available.
Jeff BennettLocation was convenient and equipment was in adequate condition but the office area stank heavily of cigarettes, was in a series state of disrepair, and the attendant was not friendly or helpful.
jeremy wattsA taillight was not operating, left drivers' side was out. The tires did not seem to be balanced or there may another issue, the ride was very bumpy, even with a load on the trailer. I recommend this operator because of the convenient location.

Ken CoashYou added on safetow without my permission. I was left to hook up the trailer and checked for safety myself. Equipment was poorly maintained. Owner was a curmudgeon.
Thomas HallmanWhen I dropped the trailer I went into the office to see what to do. An elderly person told me to just put it in the back lot as far back as I could get. The person never got off the chair to even look at the trailer, let alone give any assistance. Very poor experience there.

Henry LugoTell the owner to be a little friendlier, the trailer had a soda can in it, the left side light was blown out, the owner said Uhaul doesn't allow them to fix it but one of his workers on the return was kind enough to help me put trailer back.
Henry LugoI contacted the facility and the person answering the phone was rude and abrupt. When we took the equipment back(6x12) trailer, he would not help my husband disconnect from the trailer stating he had a heart condition and was unable to help. This is understandable but someone should be there who is helpful to customers. He was just not a good customer service individual and we would not use this facility again.

Inge McClellanThe Man where i picked up the 10" truck was very rude and i had to drive with a flat tire cause he did not wanna help me.And he was very mean and arrogant when i asked for assistance and i felt very scared with the attitude he was dominating eith.I will never use uhaul again and will let others know so they never have to go thru this terrible experience.And the Guy is also a pervert and thinks women are under him!!

peggy RUNIONThis was not the original location we chose for pickup, and we were not called by Uhaul to let us know the neareat location with our equipment was Chatsworth, nor did the website mention a lack of availability in Dalton, GA. We were tossed around to several different employees who put us on hold until I specifically asked not to be put on hold. We will NEVER use Uhaul again and have advised others to do the same.

Russell TrovatoThey added on a 30.00 insurance charge that I didn’t want. I did not opt for it when I ordered online. U-Haul refunded the charge back when I called about it. I was not given any paperwork at the time I picked up the trailer.

Julia WeeksI was told to fold up all of the blankets and that someone would check the truck in later when they weren't so busy. I left without receiving any receipt or knowing if I was going to be charged any additional amounts.
David DurginThey were not helpful at all. They did not help unhitch the trailer from the truck, we had a little trouble getting the hitch off and received no help from the person at this location. He did not seem to care at all about anything we were doing or asking about.

Marie HardinContact at drop off location did not check my equipment back in even though I asked twice if there was anything else that needed to be done for check in. Contact never asked to see my contract and seemed overall disinterested in taking any action to check my equipment in. I called customer support later that evening to verify my equipment had been checked in and was told that it had not. Ended up spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to get resolved. The "flagship" stores seem to be ok, but the smaller satellite stores in rural areas don't seem to really care about customer service.

Ruth LanghamThe truck was almost new. When I got it home I found the windshield rubber seal was loose on the passenger side. It was holding on with 2 inches at top. I put the seal back on. It held in place for my trip. The truck had 3,125 miles at pickup.

tonya cookMy issue was not with Chatsworth tire and wheel but with uhaul. Why was I given the option to select my pick up time at 8 am if I had to wait till 9 am when the business opened? Why have an option for any time before 9?? Then because I picked 8 am and rent for 6 hours, I lost an hour and I had less than 5 hours when I actually got on the road.

KEITH HARRISONThe gentlemen at the location did not have the (2) furniture dollies or Furniture pads i had ordered. He would not remove them from the invoice. He also did not properly check in the truck from previous customer so the mileage was incorrect when i dropped it off. Drop off location had charged me for 919 miles and my trip was only 43.2 miles in total. I would pull this franchise from this business

Danny GardnerTrailer returned one day late and I see I have a $59.00 charge from this location Agent did not come out and inspect trailer. Signage on front of trailer was loose but trailer was clean. I would not have protested a $20.00 surcharge but $59.00 is excessive.
