The cab of the truck had leaks in the roof and we got soaked from driving in the rain. We noticed there was paper towels stuffed in the roof, but that was no help. Also at pick up on Friday morning at this location I was notified that the shop will be closing at 4 pm and not open again u til Monday morning. The clerk said to bring truck back Saturday morning and leave key in lock box and he will check in on Monday and fix the time. This there was no one at the shop to go over the problems when I turned in the truck on Saturday. I did not get gas because because I was soaking wet and cold, I had used less than a quarter of a tank, meaning the gas needle had not moved very much. When I was billed he had marked the tank at half full and charged me 67 for gas, this is not accurate. Also I did not want the 15 ins but the clerk added it on. Overall this is the worst uhaul experience I have had and I have rented u hauls many times. I went from a daily rental to a 240.00 bill. Not happy with that and I would not encourage anyone else to use the daily rental u haul service. I did call the 800 number to report the leaks in the cab and I haven’t heard back from the rep as of yet, was told it make take 3 days.

SALVATORE AThe truck we used had ashes on the cup holder section of the truck. I could smell cigarette smoke as well.
