You added on safetow without my permission. I was left to hook up the trailer and checked for safety myself. Equipment was poorly maintained. Owner was a curmudgeon.
Thomas H.When I dropped the trailer I went into the office to see what to do. An elderly person told me to just put it in the back lot as far back as I could get. The person never got off the chair to even look at the trailer, let alone give any assistance. Very poor experience there.
