It took 45 minutes to check in and get the truck. The site was very cantankerous. The vehicle was very nice and a great value for the price

Roy S.If I could give this zero stars I would! Inside of the cab was covered in mud. Truck barely ran - had a service engine light on the whole time. It was supposed to be an in-person pickup, but we got there and the place was locked up (including the gates being chained shut). Took me more than an hour and two calls to customer service to retrieve my truck. Self pickup process was tedious, missing critical information (like what to do with the lock on the back of the truck), wouldn't let me choose a drop off location closes to my home and required you to type in the same information multiple times and re-input lots of personal information, DL, etc. that was already submitted with the original authorization request.

Robert S.No one showed up till 10.40 then had me relaying messages from sell person to another client, which got upset and left. Had no one to show us how to get it hooked up right, took us 1 hour. We figure it out on our on. Disappointed with u haul and place we pick up.
