DO NOT EVER USE THEIR ONLINE SCHEDULING OR PICK UP. EVER. Call the Uhaul dealer direct. The website and the app are not intuitive. It caused me countless problems and put me way behind schedule. Then they tried to charge me extra. Oh, and I had to pay extra for basic insurance, which is scammy. They never did that the dozen times Ive rented in the past. Call the dealer. Do not rent a Uhaul digitally. Every experience Ive had with Uhaul has been great before this one. Call the dealer.
john rThis is my closest location so have used it a few times. The layout is a little challenging and it is a remote drop off with no staff typically located there. I had a question and left a message and they returned my call the same day.
