The back of truck was dirty. There were holes in the roof of the truck. The radio did not work.

Victor FI received great service here however I had to give it 3 stars because of the way my car was hooked up on top of the trailer. No chains were used and had anything gone wrong with the straps I would have lost my car. I did not know this until reaching my destination and the next Uhaul employee advised me. I paid $20 extra for the service and it should have been performed correctly.

Victor FThe UhAul would not start…. Check engine light came on…. Took picture. Called the place of rental and they didn’t help. Called the 800 number and was given a link to send pictures and couldn’t get the picture to go through. On top of being charged extra for the delayed return. Not happy with UhAul

John MI cannot say enough to share how easy the drop off was. The gentleman met me ss I drove in, directed me to the space for disconnect, and started the disconnect immediately. It could not have taken him more than 4 minutes to complete the disconnect. He then ask if the vehicle worked well for me. And, he was so very nice! Great experience.
Horace FEvery time I come for rentals, the experience continues to get better and better. From the moment you walk in, while paperwork is done, on inspection, on return. I don't know how they found a team like that, but definitely keep them. It is always a great experience.

Victor FI’ve rented several times from this location. Everyone is helpful and I have no complaints on the staff. I have to say that the truck I had should probably be retired. Neither did river side or passenger door closes without slamming as hard as I could. Lots of people gone noises that had me worried. Overall this is a great location and I will rent from them again but hopefully never get a truck like this.
