Mr. Patel needs to be retrained in customer service. His customer service is the worst I've ever seen. He was rude on the phone demanding we picked up and returned the truck as soon as they opened. He told me someone was waiting on that specific truck I was returning. When I got there there was another 10 ft uhaul waiting to be rented and no one there waiting for a truck. I will never get or recommend anyone a uhaul from the Columbia Inn.

My son and friend drove the truck and got to the drop off location before me. Owner and his wife came out and were extremely rude, accused my son of stealing the blankets that we wanted to rent but were not given by the rental pickup location. When I got there, I explained this to the owner. He didn't believe me at first but then said he would take care of the issue. Guess what... I got a bill for the blankets! This is so wrong and I will be contacting UHaul directly.
