Your software was not easy to use to create a reservation.

samantha sBigger sign; location perfect daughter's car battery died on the same strip mall Auto Parts in 15 minutes they had us going talk about being in the right location folks if you break down you can still get help what great people they are honestly! While I was returning the truck the gentleman was approached by a woman who seemed and need of more care than she was being given and he was kind and he took his time to speak with her and try to make her day a little brighter. I think they've got it pretty well nailed at this location too!
DONALD JI did not have a dolly in the truck, so I had to get my own. Instructions on getting the key were harder to follow than last experiences.

Jesus RTruck did the job but the door was a pain to open and close and the truck was significantly older than most other uHauls Ive used. Recommend not using mobile pick-up but overall it served its purpose and get me moved.

Raquel MThis was the second location we went to. Our original reservation was on East New York St. We wasted more than an hour there and were unable to get a truck. We were redirected to 860 N Lake St. where we got a truck. It was not a clean start to the day.
JOHN HI was charge $20 extra for supposedly not bringing the truck back on time when I did. This place is dishonest.
Jessicah LI did my reservations by mobile phone and when I went to pick it up the lock box with the key in it was hard to get open , after many tries I was able to open it .
Coleman CI was scheduled to pick up my truck from 1303 Plainfield-Naperville Rd at 9:30am on Aug 1. My truck was not ready and an employee called the person who had the truck and that person said they 'might' return the truck by 1pm. This was obviously not acceptable. Does your business plan necessitate that I'll only receive my truck in time if the previous user returns it in a timely manner? Not good business practice. I'll only use U-Haul in the future if no other truck is available.
