The van was full of dirty tissues. I could not believe it. Once I returned the van the office overcharged me close to $15 for gas while I actually filled up the gas more than what it was given to me with. Luckily I took pictures. If I didn't take pictures I would have been screwed up. I felt robbed. The staff a lady blatantly lied to me and told me that if I don't buy $15 coverage I basically will be accountable for any damage as a result of an accident even if it's not my fault!!! She didn't know what I do for a living unfortunatelyâ€¦ I actually normally buy that coverage but I didn't buy it that day specially because I was lied to. The van itself was stinking puke. I had to travel windows open all time. I didn't have choice as this was the only vehicle available on the first of the month This was a horrible disgusting e experience. I should not have paid for the van never mind paying extra. There was also. $1.50 charge that NOBODY was able to explain what it was for. I'm asking my money back. Thanks a bunch. It was very dirty, passenger seat was really uncomfortable since the seat is broken so it doesn't recline at all. It sat in the passenger seat for a while and my back started paining. It had the check engine oil message it the dash.Prtipal R.

Literally drove 7 km and they charged me $14.68 for fuel. I even told the lady that worked there when I dropped it off then I put five bucks of gas in and would that be okay, and she said it should be fine. I'm not impressed!Ted B.

Your marketing promotions talk of $19.99 but I ended up spending $120. (insurance, gas, tax, kilometer charge etc). On top of it, the pickup process was not smooth at all. Your app was buggy, had to cancel my first booking, waited 30 mins to talk to your customer service person. Overall, I do not think it makes any sense to hire a van for $120 and do all the hard work of loading unloading, pick up, drop off - it doesn't work for families, probably businesses. Sorry ... not a happy satisfied customer!John S.

The owner knew the van was dirty and muddy from the prior customer who paid to have it cleaned but it was never done. Despite this, the owner of the rental location did not warn me or offer to pre-clean the van before I was stuck using it. I also have no idea if it was exposed to COVID-19 and it wasn't cleaned or disinfected prior to my rental.James M.

As I arrived 15 minutes early to return, was told by worker that they did not want another van as they were full, even though my reservation was to be returned at this location. They helped me park the vehicle and then advised check in was complete and I could go. Few hours later they charged my credit card an EXTRA day rental saying I was late by 35 minutes. I have phoned and spoken to them and emailed, but have not heard back from them. Charges should be removed.Gil D.

I called this place at 5:00 pm said I would be there by 5:25 the lady on the phone said call when I arrive so i called when I arrived at 5:25 I called she said she had to run to the store for dog food and would be right back I sat there for half an hour and then some weird guy came out from the house across the street and said he was going to help me get a truck he got a couple sets of keys from the office and was trying to walk the steps with ashely I believe is her name who I later found out is the owners daughter the owners are on vacation so I sat there waiting for him to try and figure it out for another hour and he could not told me to come into his house and we can punch in the info manually so I entered his home we were filling out the log out and he then asked me to put my credit card information on his personal computer and I refused. I left his house then Ashley was on the phone saying I should have just went to a different U-Haul and not bother them. At this point I was sitting there for 2 hours the place closed at 6 and it was now after 7 pm. Finally some lady from U-Haul named Amanda called my phone and did the log out of a truck for me and finally after 2.5 hours I got a truck ended up moving until 1 am and work at 5 I am not happy and at this point don't think I will ever use U-Haul again this is by far the worst thing I've been threw with U-Haul in my life. They owners daughter Ashley was also clearly high on drugs and made me feel very disrespected and disappointed in the service I gotjoel R.
First should be friendly it took me 25 Minutes to do the paper work and i return the truck 1.30 my time was 4.30 i was waiting 20 minutes but she was to slow so i just left the key on the box I told her that the key is on the box but still she charged me 20 dollars extra pl I want my 20 dollars backMohammed A.
