Truck had grease on truck bed we did not see until we unpacked truck and found grease on boxes that were now on newly carpeted floors in new house.

Turns out the trailer brakes were not functioning, which I was not aware of until I was loaded. Then one tire blew out it's tread. The service guy who came checked the other tires too. They all needed air. One tire was 20 lbs low! I'm surprised it didn't blow out too. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to finally talk to a UH rrp via your road service website. I don't know why you even have an 800 number NOBOFY answers it... Your poorly maintenanced trailer caused me to be 3 hours late to my destination.

Staff was very friendly, the truck had dirt on floor and ashes in ash tray. Truck smelled like smoke the entire trip. I had to open windows on a 100 degree day or run A/C and smell smoke.

Wiper blades were horrible and could barely see anything in the rain. Also cargo light would not work.

I had a guaranteed pick up time for 2:00pm . No one arrived to the office until 2:40. I called Uhaul and spoke to a representative twice and they both said it was nothing they could do for me.

I dropped off the truck at around 11pm so there wasn't any staff on duty. But the web app made the drop off process really easy and I loved not having to figure out a time that Uhaul is open to drop off the truck. So that was a good experience.

Compass self storage staff was helpful and customer service was excellent. On the other hand....uhaul customer service was horrible. I used the mobile pick up which didnt work and I had to wait 1.5hrs to pick up my truck once the store opened (pick up time was 7:30am store opens at 9am). Not only did the mobile pick up system not work, but I was put on hold for 45 mins trying to speak with uhaul customer service. For this reason, I will not be using uhaul again.

I am VERY ANGRY because I went to this site because the man at the site I was supposed to go to said he couldn't take me there. I don't really know what the problem was, he just seemed very confused and didn't know what to do. He told me I had to return the truck to another site and one of his customers gave me the address to the other site. I'm just moving to NC that day so I really don't know my way around. So, I finally got to the other site and it was closed. I wasn't sure what to do but ended up dropping the keys in the drop box and left. And, you all had the nerve to charge me $20 for going over mileage and gas. I put more gas in that truck before returning it so it had more gas in it than when I got it. And, if I was over mileage, IF, it's because I had to find the other site. I'm not happy with this AT ALL!!!!! And, then it states that I returned the truck on the 17th, WRONG! The truck was returned on the 16th.
