Trip started out great. Navigatimg uhauls website made me wish I could go back in time before the internet. The pricing changed while it was in my cart and the website was awful, but finally locked in a truck and then the Uhaul facility on Adobe was just closed early at 1:45 so I couldn't get my truck on the right day but they still counted it as a travel day towards my trip. The truck started throwing warning lights and had evap issues and had to have emergency repairs done because the fuel was leaking and gas was spilling out. Truck had about 15k on it and was one year old. Had to fight tooth and nail with uhaul for repairs and refunds. To add insult to injury, Vyda, the service rep I talked to, told me I was fine to drive the leaking vehicle because "my life isn't as important as their equipment" so they refused to authorize a tow. So it's either this uhaul in 29 palms, or you can go to hell apparently. Fuck y'all.
Zachariah FThe one incharge that day gave a unit that has worn out straps. Even asked if they were safe but he said yes. There were signs of torn out straps but instead of giving me a unit that has newer straps he opted to let me rent a worn out strap tow dolly. They had several units there that day.

NIK KNot Computor Zone’s fault-the trailer door had to be manipulated for 2-3 minutes each time by pulling up hard and jiggling the strap to open it. May need to be refurbished. Corporate feedback: >3hr wait to get trailer because of site outage. Computor zone was courteous and provided updates. Tough when movers payed by the hour are waiting at my door. A back up solution ie paper agreement which is documented later would save customers time and money. Thank you for considering.
Brian SThis was the only location available in the area. The truck was dirty inside when I picked up. I swept it out for them before I dropped it off. When I arrived to drop off I couldn’t find the person working. When I told him why I was there he took the keys and barely said a word to me. When I picked up the guy working was having a hard time with his computer. Every third word he said was a cuss word. When he looked at the keys he said “wel, this isn’t the best truck we have but it’s also not the worst “ I turned the truck in early but they marked that I had it until the next morning. I was not impressed with this location but didn’t have a choice since it was the only rental location in 29Palms.

MARINA MThe trailer the tires was good all the lights worked generally, the trailer was in good shape. It just had a crack on the right rear wheel weld that was completely broken into. Also, the trailer was swept out, but it had grease stain’s and hard dirt buildup so I degreased the trailer and scraped out the dirt and returned it clean. And the dirty area was less than 10% of the trailer floor.Thank you.

I reserved a 20 ft uhaul and when I arrived he told me my pick up was in Yucca valley which did not work for me since we were in a time crunch and that was 30 minutes away. He said that I was notified and when I told him I was not he was able to look back at the notes and was able to verify that I was not notified of the change. He asked what I was moving and he said a 15 ft would accommodate my move and I was able to get that at this location. Very happy with his help.

FERNANDO PThe Uhaul was given to me dirty the inside of where I sat was completely covered in mid. and I had to cancel my reservation a few times because it’s located where a flood starts when it was raining it here then my car almost got stuck and I almost fell few times because of the mud.

Shermon MTruck very dirty… inside of back full of dirt. Window filthy and no wiper fluid. The truck brakes were in terrible condition; stopping for red lights or traffic was dangerously dangerous difficult.

VICTOR HArrived early and left late. Had received a call the day prior from the person at this location to confirm my blanket and dolly, and said they would be in the truck and keys would be in lock box since I was picking up before store hours. I arrived and had to wait until they opened 45 mins later because the blankets were not in the truck and my truck had the back door open in this desert lot; which filled the trailer with dirt. Being late to my appointment already I asked if they had a blower to blow out the dirt from the trailer to which I was just handed one. Would not recommend

Carl HI rented a auto transport trailer one way from 29 palms CA, to San Diego CA, One way witch is three hour drive and was charged two day rental. I feel that I was over charged .
