my original reservation was for a 9' sprinter van at the Cloud Ave locations. Received a call 1 hour before pick up time that there were no Sprinter Vans available. I was offered a 10" box truck at a substitute. When arriving at the location, the offices were not open at 9:30am. I waited till 10am and had to switch my reservation to another location. I was told I would receive a credit for $50 for the inconvenience. I was charged full price. The new location was not helpful.

The remote experience is terrible. Will not do again and will not recommend to anyone in the future. The interface is terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone Stephanie was lovely and helped figure out what was happening in 2 seconds. I want you to bring back actual people helping customers. The AI brainrot is consuming everything and definitely taking U-Haul down with it.
Thomas HContract for one way was input incorrectly as round trip. Return was not processed correctly as well resulting in numerous calls, emails and texts trying to get corrected. Apparently a new one way contract was written without my knowledge nor approval showing entirely different dates. When questioning that uhaul said I was wrong and that I had used the truck on those dates and not the actual dates. Unbelievable. As of this morning and my 5th phone call it is supposedly corrected but I guess we'll see.
