The remote experience is terrible. Will not do again and will not recommend to anyone in the future. The interface is terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone Stephanie was lovely and helped figure out what was happening in 2 seconds. I want you to bring back actual people helping customers. The AI brainrot is consuming everything and definitely taking U-Haul down with it.

Contract for one way was input incorrectly as round trip. Return was not processed correctly as well resulting in numerous calls, emails and texts trying to get corrected. Apparently a new one way contract was written without my knowledge nor approval showing entirely different dates. When questioning that uhaul said I was wrong and that I had used the truck on those dates and not the actual dates. Unbelievable. As of this morning and my 5th phone call it is supposedly corrected but I guess we'll see.
