Sheila P.I rate my experience as so because they Hispanic guy whom answered the phone used profanity (motherfucker) to be exact when explaining that " kind of on the heavy side older women" had a motherfucking guy come in for her". In a very aggressive tone. He said that only because I thought that he may have mistaken the wrong person he spoken to, in reference to my receipt. There was still no reason for his tone nor the disrespect. That was when I got upset telling him he is out of line, and I matched his profanity. Thus is a business and for too many times people forget they are running it and don't seem to know how to remain professional. On top of that the trucks are outdated therefore I will take my business and refers to another place. People should know about the location before spending there money.
Gwendolyn S.I wasn't able to access the portal to upload the gas wasn't what it said to be and that it was not clean, had trash in the truck. I was told to park it where I got it from but it was a bunch of trucks blocking the park so I had to just pull in. I also noticed the bumper was hanging.

Amy W.I rented a truck and some of my items became damaged due to the truck having holes along the seams of the cargo area. It rained some that day. I was able to load the truck while it wasn't raining, it started to rain while driving to my destination. I waited until it stopped raining to unload, only to discover my boxes and furniture were wet when I started to unload the truck.

BARBARA W.This was not the neighborhood location I had reserved. Is it U-Hauls business practice to force the customer to accommodate by traveling to its preferred location instead of portering the truck to the agreed upon location? I was also told to inspect the truck and take a picture of any damage so that I could dispute it later - come on. What happened to a walk around with an agent? There is an equipment charge I don't understand, no equipment was provided. I always use U-Haul, next time I plan on trying a different company.

Arnett L.The unit provided was old and needed major maintenance. At drop off location they told us the unit was only meant for local travel and not long distances, which made sense given the state of the unit. The side door didn't close correctly.

EARBERT F.I was first sent to an abandoned building and only when people from the community pointed out that the Uhaul is being run from the building across the street did I know where to go. I was then taken to the back of the store and the transaction was completed there.
Gina Lamar E.FIRST THING THE 10' truck was not available and when it was the back sliding door was broken. Next they gave me another truck which was a 20' feet. The Vechile had Large dents on the bottom left and right side. And last but not least, I drove the Vechile on the expressway not knowing later on when I got to my destination, the right rear tire had cuts all around it putting my life in Jeopardy while driving. So this company does not inspect there Vechiles before or after service. This is the Worst experience for me I was terrified on my way back not knowing if I would make it back . I will never go there again.
