Would not give us our CASH deposit of $100 back like the guy said that they would. They said we would get our deposit back by check in the mail and it would only take a week. WE STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!

Owner gone out of town and the person inside admitted that she had no clue how to process Uhaul returns. I explained that it was unprofessional and she continue to argue with me as I walked out the door. Unbelievable!

No introduction. Walked into facility and was told to just put the trailer over there with the others. This was no gentleman. We were two older ladies and we had to man handle the trailer to get it off of the hitch. He never came out to inspect the trailer for damage nor did he thank us for using u haul. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this u haul facility to anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Always rent from this location, friendly and very helpful staff.

Sales Associates at this location should further explain rental process and truck operation more thoroughly. They barely went over everything and were too quick. Not friendly either. Truck was not in the best shape and these issues were not pointed out prior to rental. If I or my family need another U-Haul rental, we will be going to another location for services.

Don’t have U-Haul locations available for mobile services is the location in question is so remote that mobile services don’t work due to lack of cellular signals. In these cases locations should have WiFi available to connect to mobile app.

charged for equipment that had to be returned getting run around by Roxboro NC dealer for charges he put through and redirected by uhaul many times in order to receive refund. uhaul should have clear processes for these errors or fraud

Todd Taylor was extremely helpful at the end of my move to NC. One great thing about his location is that there is plenty of room to pull in with a 20 ft truck with an auto transport attached. Thank you, Todd and Penny, for making my move to NC so much easier! Lucy

The truck was muddy and had dried leaves in the back. I understand the truck was delivered back on the night before and we had requested it at opening so I understand. I just wanted to get moving. There was existing damage on the body of the truck but it ran fine.

Outstanding customer service. This is a family run business, and the people there are very genuine and friendly. We rented a small trailer on Saturday, and had planned to return it on Sunday. The owner discovered that I had a blown fuse in my truck that was preventing the brake lights on the trailer from functioning properly. I didn’t even know I had a blown fuse. He didn’t charge me for fixing it. Then, later on Saturday night, my oldest son had to go to the ER and was admitted to the hospital for 2 days. We missed the drop off for the trailer. When we got out of the hospital, I called the owner and explained why we missed the drop off. He told me not to worry about it, and just bring the trailer back when we could. When we were finally able to drop it off, he came out to unhook it for us. In fact, because of the circumstances surrounding the delay, he didn’t even charge me for the extra days.

I had gone to that center that morning and received a qoute on a ten foot truck but when I returned that afternoon that truck had been rented but the man gave me a twenty foot truck at the same price because I was in a situation where I had limited funds and I had to be able to move my belongings from NC to GA that day...he was a huge help

The guy at the desk made me hook the trailer up myself and gave me the old crappy trailer he had instead of the nicer one. I guess maybe it was too hot for him to go outside. He seemed like he didn't care on way or the other if I got a trailer there or not.
