John was there when I arrived and helped me return the trailer. He was pleasant to speak with and even recommended a nice place for breakfast as I was leaving.

Good
Edson CJohn is a nasty older gentleman who made me very uncomfortable with our interaction. He stood by the door of the U-Haul when I arrived attempting to rush me as I gathered crucial belongings. I asked him to back up and give me space because he was extremely aggressive. Furthermore he charged the card on file without permission as I stepped outside to get permission from the card holder to do so. His rental office is part of his woodworking shop and the fumes of paint thinner are overwhelming present the moment you step inside. This is a health and safety issue to say the least. The only enjoyable thing was his cats who unfortunately are breathing in those toxic fumes.
SOMMER JWe weren’t sure how to access the included dolly in the truck, so we didn’t. Should we have cut the zip tie? The Tow/Haul feature was on when we got the truck, and we didn’t readily see how to turn it off.

Melissa LMy vehicle had poor traction in the rear tires, so much so that I was rather nervous driving, even on an interstate highway, when snow was falling. One really should rent trucks with better tires when one is renting in upstate New York in January.

Jim DMy divers license and information was used from a May rental. My identity was stolen by the manager at this location. I did not rent this vehicle. I've contacted you people many times with no one contacting me back. I will make sure that every chance I get I will tell people that you do not have the structure put in place to prevent your customers identity from being stolen.

BRENDA SI was told ( not by the Bath location ) by UHaul that the trailer had a winch but it did not. Fortunately I had a come-along to slowly load the disabled vehicle on the trailer. It took about 2 hours. It took approximately a half an hour to repeat the information at the Bath location which I had given 2 days before. The gentleman at the Bath location was having computer problems. The seats in the truck were tough on my back and I always knocked my knees on the steering wheel when I got in and out because it was not adjustable. Otherwise the people with which I had contact were mosty friendly and helpful.

CURTIS JJohn is wonderful with customer service and his facility is very welcoming. He has most all UHaul equipment on his lot at all times. We would highly recommend renting from Creative Woodworking UHaul.
Pamela MDrop off location has shop hours that were not posted on line. We did call the number on our info sheet and they showed up within minutes.
ANTHONY AThe truck wasn't clean when picked up. The owner of this location is quite rude. I needed the truck for 2 days but ended up needing more time on the second day. I had informed the owner I wouldn't have it back at 9am, but later in the afternoon around 430 because I'm also a full time nursing student. He called me 5 times on my second day (after I'd already been charged for the extra day) asking very rudely when I would be there because he'd booked the truck out- even though two days prior I told the man I would most likely be using the extra day. The only good experience here was the fact he was not in the office when I returned the truck so I could just put the keys in his drop box. I would recommend you avoid this man who obviously doesn't know how to communicate without being rude.

Alton VWhen I received the truck the fuel level was slightly below 3/4. When I refilled and returned the truck the fuel level was slightly above 3/4. I was trying to ensure I did the right thing but was inappropriately charged for 2 additional gallons of fuel. Not going to fight back over $7, but it’s still been noticed.

Dan RUhaul rental at this location is a second source of income for this location and this individual seemed rather irritated that I was dropping off a trailer and wasn't very helpful with backing the trailer to where he wanted it
Jeffrey CWould not recommend renting from this place what so ever , owner doesn’t even act like he wants to be there from the start he was rude and nasty . Then when I went to go drop off the uhaul he just stared at me and my friend struggling to undo the trailer from my hitched .. im disabled so it was really difficult for me and for someone to just stare and not help and then we asked for his help and he just yelled at us .. I’m sorry but he needs to retire or go the therapy because the way he acts is unacceptable and unhinged .

Tara HThe transmission in this truck was on borrowed time. There was a leak in the roof and my boxes got wet due to this. Proper maintenance on a vehicle that you rent out needs to be the highest priority.
