I had rented trucks two weekends in a row at no point was there anyone at this location. Numerous phone calls not returned. Turn old boarded-up trailer with a drop box on the front of it. Would not recommendLarry B.

The representative at the location was terrible. One he never answered the phone the week prior to our rental as I called three (3) times in an effort to make a reservation and every time the recording said "Leave a message & we'll call you back" that never happened. If a business owner is going to be away & the facility not available then the message should be changed to reflect that situation. I did call (the 800 #) from the parking lot on Friday afternoon at about 2:30P when we got in town as we needed the rental truck on Saturday. The folks at the 1-800 # did a good job & said they could check me in on line & everything worked well. The Saturday rolled around as we were to pick up the truck at 10:00a. Got to the CSR Marine site and no-one was there, and I had no e-mail direction referencing how to access the keys. By mistake I called the local # and someone actually answered and asked me about the rental etc. as obviously he had no idea that there was a truck going out at 10:00a. So we had to wait 45 minutes for him to show up & then it took another 20 minutes for him to complain and blame the situation on me (?) blamed the whole U-Haul system and mentioned how bad this "new" system worked etc. This guy was really a piece of work and even told me that I had never called(?) really I said well I called on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday so he checked his phone & guess what I was right. I told him that your phone recording should not say "Please leave a message & we'll call you right back" if in fact you don't have the customer services skills to make that happen. Anyway the whole thing was kind of a disaster and I have no idea why this guy reps your product. Miles AdcockMiles A.
had a time of 9 a.m. to pick up. We called the number on the door and no one answered. Left message. Several minutes later he called me back. Said he would be there in 15 minutes. Finally showed up 45 minutes later. We had guys that we hired to help us move waiting at our house that we had to pay each $15 hour to just sit and wait for us. And then I thought he was very rude and unapologetic for our wait. Will never use or recommend this place again.Go somewhere else to rent a Uhaul.James C.
