It seemed a little disorganized but the staff was very helpful. Parking area for Uhaul could be more clearly identified. Nothing major. This site was very convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful.Warren G.
Had to wait about 20 minutes for the person to come into the "office" and finish hooking up the trailer (we started the process), which consisted if him helping chain the car onto the trailer and the trailer to the truck. It was the end of an already very disappointing morning with U-Haul.Kim K.

Provide customer with receipt and paperwork. Had to take pictures of my receipt from the computer. In addition, computer had a pinkish glare on the screen resulting unable to clearly read my receipt.richard A.

our experience with uhaul was absolutely awful. We have rented from you guys 4 times in the last year and this was by far the worst. First the pick up location was filthy. We had to wait an entire hour for the guy to even show up to pick up the truck. My husband had to walk next door to the gas station to ask if the place was even open and the gas station owner had to call the uhaul owner to get him to come to the store. Our reservation was for 4:00 pickup and we didn't leave with the truck until 5:30 and this place was 30 miles from our home. So we get home and the truck is filthy on the inside. We shrug it off and start packing anyway. We leave Friday evening for our destination. An hour and a half into the drive we stop at a Loves truck stop to get gas. When we get gas, my 9 year old daughter hops out and she notices the truck leaking. So a Loves employee checks the truck out and determines that it isn't driveable. We begin to try and call roadside assistance. We are on the phone for about an hour and a half with no luck on getting through. We have two children with us and two dogs stuck at truck stop in west point MS at 7:00 at night. So I tell a friend what is going on and she calls a friend that used to work at uhaul and within 20 minutes she has roadside assistance on three way. I feel it is pitiful that we had to know someone to get that orchestrated. Roadside assistance comes and says the truck is not able to be fixed. The transmission gasket blew and all the transmission fluid has leaked out. In the meantime we are having to sneak our dogs into a hotel on last minute notice. By midnight we are able to get it towed to our destination. The tow truck guy was very nice and helpful. When we arrived at our destination, the truck is covered in oil or transmission fluid...I don't know what it was, but we had to clean it just to get our stuff out without busting our heads on the ground. There is transmission fluid that has stained our driveway. All of my home office equipment and files were spilled everywhere from the truck being towed. My couch has a big black greasy line on it from the inside of the truck. Some of my computer equipment was damaged. When we are done, we call the destination site to ask what we need to do to get the truck picked up and they were less than helpful. They were actually very rude and said that it was not their problem and we needed to get it taken care of. After calling roadside assistance again, we were able to get the truck towed away from our home. We then call customer service, explain the situation and they said we would hear from someone within 72 hours. It took about two days, but we heard from the district manager who basically said " we got you from point A to point B, right?" So apparently uhaul is ok with having crappy customer service, out of deplorable locations. I felt after our experience that our uhaul should have at least been discounted, if not free, since we had sucTim K.

93 degrees and I had to hook up the trailer only to discover the brakes and turn signal lights did not work. Thankfully they had an identical trailer available that did have working lights so I had to hookup the second trailer in the miserable heat. Not sure if they are expected to do that for you or not but it would have been nice.Patrick D.
Uhaul moved my pick up location causing me to drive 2 1/2 hours out of my way. They did not know at the location that I was picking up a truck. They did not have the supplies that I ordered. It took an hour and a half to get the truck. Needed an interpreter to communicate. UHaul could have better handled this situation.Barbara H.
