The only issue I had with the transaction was the collision coverage cost. When I secured the van through the app, the price was $12, however at checkout today it was $16 and I was told the price was raised this week, even though my quote and securing of the van was $12. Van was clean, folks at the location were super nice and friendly and the van was in perfect condition.

I had to wait for nearly a hour to go to a different location. Although it wasn’t the Uhaul’s fault, and tried the best, it take the store 30 minutes to get hold of someone in central office. They need to have the internal phone number that can be reached quickly. I was pressed with time!

The location looks old and dated, which wasn't helped by the fact that it's almost impossible to visit due to construction on Newtown Road. Although above I said "clean and inviting" was "not applicable" - to be honest, all I saw was the parking lot. The parking lot was okay. The rest of it looked old with the exception of the office building. Although run by a non-branded U-Haul dealer, the buildings looked exactly like U-Haul storage facilities.
