The whole experience was bad. I was waiting there at night time for a long time just for the operator to confirm my reservation. They even asked for another person number to confirm me because my licence was from another state!!! What! When I did the reservation I used my account which has my information which states what license I have!!! So, why this is a surprise!? Also, the system is too slow for checking in and out. I will not recommend self service to anyone, even if it would be a great service if my experience was different!

Cynthia Shad to call shop owner due to over 30 minutes late, lights on trailer didnt work (owner seen) it was not cleaned (have video with owner verified) and charged $4 more than online contracted reservation price agreement!!!!! if I hadnt needed that trailer and it was the only one in florence sc I wouldve cancelled it!!! very dissatisfied!
millard lThe trailers really need a jack on the tongue, very heavy for one person to hook up.
Marty BThey charged us extra mileage and for equipment we didn’t see, have, ask for, or use. I called to ask you have the charges changed and that still charged me for everything. Not to mention the fact they we couldn’t even use the truck because it didn’t have a ramp; this was the absolute worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.
Nicholas SWe did not receive the u-haul until 9:30. We were supposed to receive it at 8:00. The guy who was supposed to leave the key in the box did not then he was late getting to his business who opens up at 9. There was not a furniture dolly as requested.

Tamara TClean the equipment before it is picked up by the customer. Reggie was very helpful and did resolve the issue, however I did have to clean this equipment before using it. The smell of the equipment was horrible and it was filthy.

Chuck Pthe self check in and check out process need to have a little more instructions to go by i was not able to return the equipment when i got there. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to verify if i had it completed. I was transferred twice by a Ben and a Lee who said they would help me get a live rep only to remain on hold. Spoke with a Jeb and finally he said he put in a ticket to say i returned the truck but there was not confirmation that i had returned the truck I could only go by his word of I will receive an email the next day which I did not receive until late monday so i was not aware what my cost would be until then.
Latilda DVery hard to locate dealer and once found the only person there did not appear competent to either connect trailer or to fill out paper work.
