This Location relies on using the app only. The App kept freezing and when I finally got through the process and got the lock combo the lock didnt work.Madaline H.

owner charged my credit card 86+dollars for gas. vehicle was filled up and I had proof. he apologized and said that yes it was full and that he accidentally looked at the battery gage. what would have happened if I didn't call in. very disturbing and He needs to put D&D storage somewhere on his place. GPS stated I was returning to wrong place but it was the right place.KRISTIN P.
Didn't provide accurate information about extra days and insurance. For example, we were informed that the extra days would cost $40/day. The employee did not inform us that the insurance would ALSO cost an additional $28/day, even though I repeatedly asked them if the $40/day covered the extra days. That is a significant cost difference that would've been helpful to know before choosing Uhaul.JAROD H.
The owner and the man training him both did not wear masks. I am an elderly woman with health issues and a compromised immune system and in the middle of a pandemic I was less than thrilled and I hope I do no catch Covid from these two unprofessional u haul representatives.Susan M.
