You need to go back to renting the trucks with full gas tanks. Your current system is an obvious scam, and 2 locations have tried to overcharge me because of it. The trucks aren't maintained as well as they used to be, the one I got had poor brakes, a u-joint or differential that was failing, the driver's door was really hard to get shut all the way, and the shift lever was really loose.

Nothing it was easier to rent a u haul than I thought !!

MICHAEL SWas closed at 2pm on a Saturday. Was charged 2 dollars for going slightly over in miles after returning it to a uhaul preferred location 30 miles away from my final location.
TRAVIS LThe spring broke in the trailer and punctured the tire. We had a two hour delay on our last leg of our 2200 mile trip. It couldn't be fixed. We had to unload and drive the car the balance of the trip. The stress was unnerving. I think we should get our money back!

Finally, when the Uhaul trailer lights were not working, they switched me out to what was available and did not charge me the extra for the larger trailer. Great customer service! I will only use this location.
