i RENTED A VAN FOR ONE DAY, 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD TO PCIK UP THE KEYS ABOUT 5:45 (jUL 22, 21) THE DAY BEFORE, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 10 AM AND I NEEDED THE VAN BY 9 AM ON JUL 23, 2021 . I USED THIS VAN FROM 8:45 AM AND RETURNED IT ABOUT 12:00 ON JUL 23, 2021. BUT, I WAS BILLED FOR 2 DAYS PLUS INSURANCE WHICH I STATED THAT I HAVE MY OWN INSURANCE. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE EXTRA DAY THAT I DID NOT MOVE OR US THE VAN IN WAY, I JUST HAD THE KEYS FOR THE NEXT MORNING. I FEEL THIS WAS A RIP OFF TO EXTRA MONEY. I PAID $123.00 FOR 3 HRS RENTAL, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS I HAVE USED UHAUL FOR A YEAR OR MORE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS BEFORE. IT'S NOT MY FAULT THEY OPEN SHOP AT 10:00 AM, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THEIR PROBLEM.Breston H.

This location should not be a U-Haul return location, period. Difficult to find, instructions for vehicle return were extremely unclear. Find another return location, even if it's farther than your target destination.Laura N.

There was two unjustified charges on my account, a fuel charge and a utility dolly. I had to call customer service for 30 minutes to get that refund, I don't know if that's what this location does to every customer or how does this exactly happenedZe O.

Everything went smoothly If the customer does electronic signup before arriving, ouckup and dropoff are pretty easy. The turn from 26th onto Sisson can be tight if a trash truck is turning onto 26th. Look outMark E.

The lot is tight and will require some skilled maneuvering to park a trailer or large truck. You will need help. Proprietor very friendly and helpful. Helped guide me in to park the trailerTimothy G.

The area was very sketchy. The guy that brought the van out to me was covered in dirt and smelled less than good. Although I competed the check in online he made me wait 15 minutes while he called someone to see if i could take the van.DAISHA A.
