When we drop a rental with more fuel than we received it (3/4 instead of 1/2), maybe don't charge a petty 11$ for extra mileage, especially if the truck is not needed the day after for another rental. That's basic courtesy.

Les attache pour accoupler la remorque au camion son très désuet et vraiment pas sécuritaire après avoir attacher la remorque au camion je decoler et la remorque ces détacher de mon camion et la remorque a percuter mon camion et le camion m'a été prêter alors ya fallu que je paye les dommages causer à mon camion lumière et taile gâté defoncer les attache son très dangereux merci de remédier à la situation

Clean the trailer. This my second rental at this location in less than 3 weeks and both trailers were dirty inside

The trailer pickup was done over the phone. Although friendly and helpful, I would have appreciated someone available on-site to hookup the trailer with me (very heavy). My wife had to assist. Further, the trailer was dirty inside. We swiped it prior to putting our furniture in .
