andre brownWas over charged I used the $19 10’ truck and drove about 20 miles and brought the gas beack at a higher level then I received the vehicle at for a total of $40 and was charged $60 and was not given an itemized receipt as to why the extra $20 charge the guys that runs this location seemed shady
Mitchell grenzAfter reserving a truck at Blessed Hands, and being told to use the 27/7 Pick-up, I get there and the place is closed, not to mention I took off of work early to handle this. The other people at the location, couldn't give me any information, ended up calling the 1-800 number to get assistance, the U-Haul representative found me another location close by. I went there, and the service at Discount Mattress was EXCELLENT. In fact I will be going back and conducting more business with this company.

We returned the truck with more gas in the tank than when I received it, howhever, I still received charges saying that 5 miles were unpaid for. Customer service at the desk was horrible and he was very rude and snippy when questioned. I will be calling on Monday to file a complaint. This place needs to be further investigated. It seems like I am not the only one with complaints. Check the reviews!!!! Don’t rent a U-Haul from this place, he is getting over on people and should be ashamed!!!

Kyara BrownReservations made online, call to confirm pickup only to find out my reservation was moved to a different location, the rate changed due to it being a one way rental but nothing online mentioned that, (still have a screen shot of the actual confirmation) and not being given a receipt. Overall, just a very unfriendly experience.

I asked where to park the return and he raised his voice like, “put it back in the corner.” Forgot I had a dolley in the truck so I ran back in and asked where did it need to go. He shouted “did you get it from here?” Confused as to why he’s talking to me like this, I said “yeah, I just left here.” He said, while hammer his hand on the counter several times “if you got it from here bring it back in here!” I responded ‘man you better calm down.” But because I have respect I still went and put the dolley back in the building. As I walked out he responded, “thanks, have a great day like nothing happened.” I asked all those questions because I was expected to bring the truck back after hours which had he taken the time to look up from his phone, maybe he would have seen my face. I picked up at 1:40 and returned at 4 ish. . I’m not sure if he has some things going on mentally but any lesser person would have likely engaged in an argument with him or worse, put hands on the guy. He’s very lucky it was me. I’m not calling for the guys job but if he frequently talks to people like that I’d strongly recommend someone have a conversation with him.

Stephen HasselbergI am a monthly customer of U-Haul. I have never had an experience as bad as this location. I will never use this location again as long as the current operator runs it. The operator was sarcastic, unwelcoming, demeaning, and did not get my order correct. I asked for one 24 hour period. He gave me a two day rental. He never stopped to review the details of contract saying only that I would receive it by email. I asked for a 20 footer - which two appeared to present - but he said he had only a 15 footer. The 15 footer was dirty inside and out including a dirty bath rag on the floor. Unfortunately, the return check in was as bad. Please review this location.
William RobinsonThe back of the uhaul that we were given had large brown stains, as if a thick (and pungent) liquid spilled. The entire front floor portion (under grandmas attic) of the cargo area was covered in the stains. And several areas on the walls had splatter stains that dripped down to the floor. The cargo area also smelled like dog/feces. We had to sweep and mop the entire cargo area before we could use the truck.

roswell millerLarry was very combative from the outset. He did not make my rental experience easy. In fact it was a horrific experience. He was very unpleasant, obtuse, and unprofessional. Each time I asked a question about the size of a truck, his response was why was I asking so many questions. Please review the tape of the store location if you have one. He raised his voice to me and was rude. I had no other choice but to use this location at 1501 Evans Street, Greenville, NC because all other locations close on Saturday either at 3:30 or 4pm. I'd advise you to review the Googles complaints that have been lodged against this representative. He finally stated that he was having a bad day after taking care of his Sister. There is no excuse to treat anyone in this manner. My colleague was told that he could not walk around the store, why? This is also a furniture store. I never received a bill. Also my bill has increased by $10 since turning in the vehicle. Please review my bill and make adjustments. Thank you.
Veronica NovyThe truck I rented had 30-40 pallets in it. I had to drive it back to the location and trade for another truck. This delay cost me valuable time and forced me to pay movers for an hour or time they spent doing nothing (while waiting on the truck).

Goddie IngramLarry Larry Larry! We drove the Uhaul 1.7 miles to my store and it stayed there for 3 days which I paid for (thank you for letting me keep it for 1 more day that I paid for that extra time) The Uhaul was driven 1.7 miles there and parked and drove back 1.7 miles back to the Uhaul place on evens and dropped off but were charged for 69 miles! I know I had to pay for the 3.4 or even 4 miles at $1.19 but not for 69 miles! I can dispute the charge but I will call and try to get it fixed before I do that and hope I will get a credit for the miss charge. I hope that was just a mistake on their part. Just be careful and take a picture of the odometer when you get into the Uhaul and when you get out! Very upset about this!

Angela LowerRefund my rental fee. I have rented from Uhaul for many years. I am a business owner. This was the worst rental experience I have had with Uhaul. I will never rent from this location again. The truck was nasty inside the cab and inside the back roll up door. Windshield wipers not workerable. The entire truck should not have been rented to any customer. First of all, I had rented a 20ft and not a 26ft.

I was told to test, drive it and just lean forward which was a safety issue. The vehicle brakes squealed. The truck was dirty.
