No improvement needed. The young lady that assisted us with the rental was wonderful and caring. She was attentive too. She went out and made sure the truck was clean and safe. There was a mechanical issue with the truck and she immediately placed us in another truck.

The uhaul kept stalling while I was driving. Ac was messed up and it kept coming on and off. The truck wasn't clean and I paid way too much for hauling. Will not do business with this company ever again...

Had the worst experience with uhaul rented a 20 footer that just came back from being serviced got my furniture loaded and it wouldn't start had to buy cables to jump it off stopped to get food and it wouldn't start used my jump box to jump it off unloaded my furniture got ready to come back it would not start just was a bad day with uhaul

Lady who worked there was outside and never stopped looking at her phone. We tried to ask where to put the trailer and she walked away from us. We waited just short of 10 minutes to know where to unhook and park the trailer. All she said to us is this place is a mess. When we got back in the vehicle because we decided to pick our own spot to park it she walked away. When we went to leave then she scurries over to our car and wanted to acknowledge us. Too late

The storage part of the truck had lots of straw and leaves in it. It hadn't been swept out from the last use. Not dirty, but it got on my furniture, etc.

I feel that $.99 per mile was too high cost wise. I will look for a lower rental in the future. There wasn't any cruise control or rear deck ramp which made it difficult to load. I am 73 yrs old.

I can't recommend Uhaul to anyone after my experience. Even though a given location to pickup or drop off is fine, it is the company's overall scheduling and reservations departments that are lousy. The location can't make up for overall corporate problems.

For the big truck which i had, it was kind of hard getting out of the parking lot where it was parked. I think the parking storage area could be bigger. All in all it was good though. I had to get a bigger truck because the one i reserved (smaller truck) wasn't available. They upgraded me to a bigger truck for same price which was a plus and appreciative, cause it was actually what i needed. God works in mysterious ways. Thanks

I would have given an excellent but I did run into some problems. The equipment was great and ran well, but renting it was an issue. I would like to know why I can't rent a vehicle from South Carolina and travel to Georgia then back to where I rented the vehicle in South Carolina. It just cause some strain on me. All in all, it was a good experience and am likely to use uhaul again.

The problem with this rental was: i was supposed to pick up the truck at the furniture barn in wrigthsville, ga. When i showed up to get the truck, they did not know i was coming nor did they have a truck like i was supposed to get, no furniture pads and the only thing they had was a dolly. The normal uhaul rental agent was not there and the person who was there tried very hard to help me,even though he is not versed in uhaul rentals. He did call the store in sandersville ga to find out if they had what i needed. then he gave me the number to uhaul. once it was set up it went ok, however, i had to drive an extra 40 miles round trip and took an hour and half to get to the new location and and return to my destination. The people were helpful at the locations, but i should have never had to go to a different location based on emails i received from uhaul confirming pickup in wrightsville, ga. Had i known ahead of time that i had to travel elsewhere to pickup a truck, i would have adjusted my travel time in order to be back at the loading point where i had help scheduled for 11:00 am. in the future, make sure the equipment you promise me is at the location promised or confirmed. It is frustrating to show up and then loose time because of someone else's mistake.
