jason dTrailer rental was from 9:00 am to 5:00pm. Returned trailer at 4:30 and was surprised to find that place closed up at 4:00 pm. Not sure what to do so unhooked trailer and left it there. Then concerned I would be charged $20 "after hours" fee.( I wasn't ) Would have liked to be instructed re drop-off in the morning.

Samantha BI dropped off on a Sunday , and they're not there. They're parking lot is huge , but it seems like everybody took spots that were simpleto park in.. As I was trying to park a trailer and a truck , there was no room to reverse or move things in a position that would be out of the way. Because of the way other people had parked in the yard. I had called the day before to find out how to drop off in the lady finally returned my call after two p m. The vehicle and trailer handled as it should.I had no problems with them.There was plenty of washer fluid.The fuel mileage was excellent. The driver's seat could use a little detailing.As it smells like A$$. I do finally say thank you, U-Haul for a safe vehicle and a friendly trip out east
Giselle WI was chaged more than I was quoted iover the phone. There was a mix up about where I was dropping it. The cable for the lights didn’t work. The trailer was used last for gardening and they left dirt we had to sweep out.
laura lEnsure all trailers have fully functioning lights. The trailer initially assigned to me did not on one side. Or at least that is what I became aware of after about thirty minutes of time trying to make it work. I was assigned another trailer with fully functioning lights.

Deanne HThe trailer I received had suffered quite a bit of damage prior to my rental, and nothing was repaired. Some was superficial but some affected the door. The biggest inconvenience was the lights that didn’t work..

BRUCE DI booked a one-way (Collingwood to Parry Sound) truck with a weeks notice. Was advised the day before that no truck was available in Collingwood. Panicked call (we had a timed move) got my one-way rental changed to a round-trip rental from Parry Sound. Parry Sound support was fine, but they couldn’t give me the $.89 rate per km that the phone agent had promised ( due to the booking foul-up). I paid double for gas and the full $1.30 per km because agent didn’t update the rate correctly. Now it’s on me to chase Uhaul. Will use a competitor next time.
